• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum 3 years (or 5 years for Senior Subcontractor) of required experience in RPA Programming, budget management, incident management handling, account access management and KPI reporting.
• Any system analysis experience with operation of portal/applications - incident management
