In conjunction with carrying out a reorganisation of records stored in the client's Content Manager, in preparation for migration and ensuring that SharePoint Online is configured to meet the client's requirements for records management.
The output of the above was designed to provide our client with sufficient evidence to decide whether to fund a full SharePoint migration project.
The project has recently completed the migration phase. The project is now focused on phase 2, the development of a retention strategy and planning for phase 3 of the project.

Project B: Estates Data Digitisation and System Development
Estateman is the currently the asset management tool, which was installed in the mid-90s. Estateman currently has approx. 400 + users across Estates Team and Facilities Management teams. It is used to manage ‘legal assets' and also by Facilities Management for H&S assurance and helps schedule inspections and maintenance tasks.

In order to be successful, you will have previous project/site management experience in the water and/or utilities sectors and have a good understanding of operational activities. In addition, you will be financially aware and be able to work to budgets. Finally, you will have strong interpersonal skills and previous experience working on water frameworks is highly favourable.
