The Fund Management & Investment IT Business Partner is responsible for serving as the primary liaison between the Fund Management and Investment teams and the IT department. Your experience:

• Minimum of 4 years working in an Infrastructure PM role
• Proficient in IT infrastructure, networking, and system implementation
• Demonstrable experience successfully executing large projects
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure vendors and platforms
• Relevant certification - Prince2, Agile, PMP etc.
• Effective stakeholder management and engagement
• Attention to detail, adaptable, able to operate under constraints

My client is a global leader in the oil & gas industry, due to an expansion they are looking for a Planning Manager to lead the current team. Located in the West location with transport allowance. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for production planning and customer service functions. Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and customer service to ensure smooth operations
• Capacity, production planning, materials management, and scheduling
• Project planning support to customers when need and response to customer's enquiries timely
• Mange the daily production meetings to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner to ensure on time deliveries to customer's purchase orders
• Manage subcontract machine vendors
• Accurately enter orders in ERP system and perform timely acknowledgement to customer

Ideal candidate is someone who has:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• At least a Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering or related
• ERP exposure is essential
• Leadership experience in managing a small team and able to multitask
