GENERAL MISSION

• To be responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in Human Resources activities.

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist the Management in any activity to help promote business and revenue for the hotel.

HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be courteous and professional when contacting outside companies and suppliers and to maintain good working relationships with all colleagues throughout the Hotel.

• Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was intended. Report all broken or damaged departmental equipment to your Supervisor and record on appropriate maintenance report form.
• Contribute to cost control through energy conservation, correct storage of all materials and use of equipment per operating standards and manufacturer’s specifications.

• Work with department heads to identify staff training needs and provide advice on appropriate learning interventions
• Ensure all employees document individual development plan (IDP) in the performance management records
• Co-ordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employees skills and knowledge, and to support staff in implementing their IDPs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements as necessary.

HR Analytics

• Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to recruitment, performance, engagement, and retention.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Provide recommendations based on HR analytics to improve HR processes and initiatives.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HR Management or Business Administration.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and legal regulations.

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, performance management, learning & development and employee communication.

Job Description:

• Overall in charge of Human Resources (HR) and Administration (Admin) Department;
• Handle full spectrum of human resources functions that include implementation of HR policies, talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, employee engagement and any HR project;
• Direct the full spectrum of employee transitions from hiring, on-boarding, performance management, training and career development to exits;
• Review, develop and implement HR and Admin policies and procedures;
• Drive and implement process improvements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness;
• Provides advisory role to all departments and Senior Management on the full spectrum of HR policies and procedures;
• Manage various aspects of office administration such as maintenance, leasing, office equipment, office stationery, pantry and interfacing with contractors, vendors and suppliers;
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Senior Management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 8 years HR experience;
