• Support COO in executing HR processes like Performance Appraisal, Talent Management, and Sales Incentive Plan.
• Compile timely Headcount/Attrition statistics for Manpower Reporting and Workforce Planning.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in Overseas Assignment matters.
• Lead Recruitment Activities including raising Headcount Requisition, posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate New Hires Orientation.
• Assist HR Team in Payroll, Workmen Compensation, Insurance, Government Grants, and Staff Claims processing.
• Organize Employee Town Hall sessions and Staff Welfare activities.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and local employment laws.
• Results-driven, excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills for multi-generation workforce engagement.
