About this Position

The Securities Quality of Business Analyst 1 obtains corrections for incoming new business applications including outside funds, 529 plans, qualified plans, variable annuities, platform accounts, unlicensed sales, and Lifetime managed accounts. Senior QA Engineer - Hospitality Business Intelligence

As Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a key member of the Hospitality Business Intelligence R&D delivery team. Working predominantly in an Agile environment, you will be working closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met to the right quality standards.

Your main responsibilities

Implement test strategy

• Create, review, maintain and perform all functional tests
• Define test cases from customer’s requirements and ensure traceability with specifications.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and other stake holders for the assessment of requirements and create functional tests which cover the functionality
• Foresee/forecast risks, gaps and impact
• Be part of regression team and work on execution of tests using the test frameworks, monitor the test results and perform reporting for execution
• Write test plan (functional and/or non-functional and/or non-regression).
• Ensure improvement of non-regression test repository in the Change Request plan.

Design and perform tests

• Design and develop test cases and scripts, as needed.
• Prepare test environment, test data, and execute test cases.
• Give go/no-go for the customer’s test campaign.
• Be responsible for the project, product, or release quality control.

Fix Problem Tracking Records

• Provide information to developers to fix defects
• Check PTR fix and give go/no-go for the load of Production PTRs
• Document software defects.

Communicate and coordinate

• Interface and communicate with the stakeholders
• Ensure delivery without gaps
• Maintain good interpersonal relations with stakeholders
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing across different departments and stakeholders

About our ideal candidate

• 7+ years of experience working as Quality Assurance Engineer in SaaS model.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Hands on experience in different types of functional testing, API testing, data driven testing, using SQL for data validation.
• Fluent in English.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification, a plus.
• Good to have:
         o Exposure to automation testing using Selenium
         o Exposure to programming language such as Java, JavaScript
