As a Creative Content Manager you will be responsible for producing our creative content including photography, videography and social media content. Key Responsibilities

Enable Science of Brand Growth Change Management

• Partner with the global squad to deploy Science of Brand Growth principles, operational and measurement framework for optimal deployment in APAC.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or MBA degree in Marketing, Management or related business areas.

Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to older people and people with a learning disability, physical disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. The support we offer is tailored to the individual client’s needs and preferences and promotes wellbeing, choice and community engagement.

We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality for our Honeypot Lane Extra Care Service. The service has capacity for 61 residents in Brent, which is a rich and culturally diverse area. You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider and service user’s families and friends to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable with a well-organised approach to staff deployment and service delivery.

You must have significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care service provision alongside a warm, person-centered and respectful approach. An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards is essential. You should have a relevant professional qualification and/or a degree level qualification and most importantly see yourself as a natural leader.

You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access employment, education, and social opportunities. The ideal successful candidate has a strong track record as a senior policy and public affairs practitioner with measurable evidence in positively influencing change in UK Government policy, ideally across the cultural and creative industries. You will have an established network, strong communications skills and the ability to take the lead in managing complex issues and external relationships. This postholder will lead the design of effective policy solutions with and for Creative UK’s membership across a range of cross-cutting areas.
