-Ensuring the studio is clean, fully stocked and inviting for children and their families. 
-Making sure you have all the stock you need to run the activities by conducting weekly stock takes 
-Operating the kiln & dryer units, so you need to ensure all Health & Safety guidelines are in check 
-Offering help and guidance to guests throughout their creative activities experience, so they have a souvenir to take home to remember their Haven holiday!

Pay Rates: 18+ from £9.97 up to £11.44 per hour depending on age

Experience and Qualifications 
You don’t need experience to join our Activities Team. You may already be a Leisure Role but if not, that’s ok! We will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do.

Baker's Brew Studio are looking for an ambitious, creative, passionate and driven Creative Marcom Intern to join our creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Team in daily administrative tasks and responsibilities,
• Assist in content curation, editing, designing and photography for all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
• Liaise with KOLs and business partners to ensure corporate communications and relevant projects are being timely accomplished,
• Manage and plan communications schedule monthly are being done in a timely manner.
• Support various business verticals to ensure marketing request are acknowledged and handled.
• Ensure all engagements on social media are being addressed.
• All other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• We think you’ll fit in great with us if you have:
• An undergraduate pursing a Polytechnic diploma/bachelor's programme in marketing
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
• Must have a passion for marketing.
• Creative & love to explore new ideas and have interest in food/cakes!
• Must have experience with photography, image editing & design.
• To have basic knowledge in Canva, Adobe Creative Suites (Primarily Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and other relevant design and/or editing programs)
• Good to know about video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Secure business and foster revenue growth, conduct presentations for both existing and potential clients.

- Facilitate communication with external clients by acting as a bridge between advertising and marketing teams.

- Independently devise cultural themes and content plans, conceptualize, and execute creative projects by formulating strategies and guidelines. Oversee tasks from content collection to editing and proofreading.

- Take responsibility for writing news releases, product releases, and articles.

- Assist team members in completing overall or individual creative planning proposal work for PR project products.

- Assist in the creative planning and conceptualization of major copywriting projects, as well as the proposal development and closing

- Take charge of the company's brand promotion efforts and produce original articles.

Key Requirements:

- At least a Bachelor Degree

- At least 7years of relevant skillset

- Bilingualism is advantage

- Ability to work independently, and under tight schedule

- Willing to travel mainly to Malaysia & China
