• You will identify and qualify new test and evaluation work opportunities.
• You will organize and plan projects, execute within budget, establish priorities and coordinate activities across multiple projects effectively balancing competing requirements to achieve a positive outcome.

• Handle the customer complaint which caused by quality, support quality manager to satisfy customer expectation.
• Manage and develop quality control plan to maintain and continue improving quality performance for fulfilling Flowserve requirements.
• Technical and quality clarification on supplier site.
• Support LPOs to achieve Chinese market and domestic supply resource;

Requirements & Qualification:

Bachelor Degree or above, at least with technology background；

Excellent oral and writing in English.

5 years valve or relative grade manufacturing experience at least.

Have leadership and management experience.

Wide knowledge about quality management in manufacturing, understand SPC technology, experience in implementation ISO9001, ISO14001, API, NDT system；

Experience in safety, health and environment implementation is preferred;

Have leadership and self-motivated to drive improvement

Good communication skills and high sense of responsibilities;

• You will ensure all life cycle phase activities occur and are completed following established systems engineering practices and using a cross functional multi-disciplined team
• You will provide cost, schedule, and technical input for the acceptance or rejection of all submitted Statements of Requirements (SORs) and Impact Assessments (IAs)

Role Summary

This role will primarily cover Flowserve Valve MRO Business in southwest China (Sicuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Hunan) to sell all Flowserve valve product, promote business, manage regional distributors  and  set up regional business strategy.

Job location is in Chengdu/Chongqing.

Job Responsibility

• Primary point of contact for the Valve related products in all aspects of sales, technical assistance, product support, and extension of general goodwill. The candidate is responsible to promote all Flowserve products and services by implementing strategies, programs and plans as defined by the Management, drive to meet and exceed sales booking plan

• Work with agents/distributors, OEMs and end customers to influence jobs develop specification and to secure orders for Flowserve products and services

• Communicate with Flowserve business units and overseas sales offices in all aspects of the sales activities

• Oversee, motivate and guide authorized representatives/distributors to focus on selling Flowserve products and services

• Provide technical and product support to agents/distributors, OEMs and end customers

• Work with application engineers and Commercial Operations teams to establish proposal strategies and to prepare clean order entries to business units

• Co-ordinate with authorized distributors and representatives, OEMs, end customers and Flowserve business units to resolve all post order matters

• Provide job status report and market feedback to Flowserve Management

• Provide training and guidance as required to customers, distributors and Flowserve associates

• Assume leadership role in the co-ordination of major projects and targeted customer initiatives to application engineers, commercial operations and order entry teams, and business units

• Play a major role in the development of strategic sales plans for the country of responsibility.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrument and Automation, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

Role Summary

This role is in charge of customer quality engineering with focus on valve actuator.

Job Responsibilities

• Electronic design of hardware and firmware, calibration and testing of sensor new product development.

• Customize new products according to customer applications in accordance with company and departmental procedures, ensuring that new products and product applications meet functional requirements and DV/PV test evaluations.

• Track project progress and prepare technical documents for procurement, manufacturing, inspection and testing with the team.

• Support the production department on design issues related to product quality and testing.

• Resolve technical issues during product development and after production start.

• Evaluate and approve required part and product deviations from specification.

• Evaluate, test and approve any design or material related changes to a given product that could affect product performance or reliability.

Requirement and Preferred

• Electronic engineering or related majors, full-time undergraduate degree or above.

• At least 5 years of industry experience in electronic design, firmware design, test and manufacturing. More than 3 years experience in sensor development is preferred.

• Solid electronics knowledge in analog circuits, digital circuits and MCU firmware. Experience in pressure sensor design and calibration is preferred.

• Familiar with Can Bus, Lin Bus and Sent Bus protocols.

• Familiar with Altium designer's circuit schematic diagram and PCBA related knowledge.

• Strong problem solving skills (root cause analysis, FMEA, etc.) and technical communication skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
