• Manage end-to end audit cycle for multiple audit assignments, including outsourced auditors for complex audit projects.
• Lead the planning of assigned internal audit project and design audit program and audit tests to ascertain the state of internal controls and compliance with corporate policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to the audit team to conduct review of key internal control procedures, risk and control matrix including data analytics, and complete the audit project in a timely manner while maintaining audit quality to provide independent assurance.
• Ensure proper audit evidence are obtained and audit documentation are carried out in accordance with internal audit standards.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of business process to identify key risk areas and gaps / weaknesses/deficiencies in internal control and non-compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend business focused solutions to mitigate risks, improve internal controls, risk management and governance processes, and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Maintain proper documentation of findings and follow up closely with the business units to ensure prompt and substantive resolutions of audit issue for reporting to the Audit Committee.
• Ensure concise and comprehensive audit reports are submitted for review and conduct presentation to the Management, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
• Perform advisory functions as approved by the Audit Committee, to improve the design and effectiveness of internal control mechanisms and enhance efficiency in business processes, with the aim of adding value to the operations for continual improvement.
• Conduct special audits, ad-hoc investigations and reviews as and when required by the Audit Committee or the Board of Directors, in areas that require specific safeguards and appropriate internal controls.
• Contribute to the development of annual internal audit plan to align to Company’s strategy using risk-based and data-driven approach in evaluating governance framework, risk management, regulatory compliance processes and internal control systems. This include reviewing audit universe and risk assessment methodology and ensuring sufficient audit resources for the audit projects.
• Conduct periodic review in response to changes in Company’s emerging risks and if necessary, adjust Annual Internal Plan for approval by the Audit Committee.
• Provide support in the quarterly Audit Committee meeting and assist in administrative work such as annual internal audit budget, required for the running of the internal audit function.
• Build the competency of the audit team, including training and professional development for continuous improvements of the audit process, procedures and systems.
• Participate in internal audit initiatives to enhance the audit and risk management framework, with specific focus on data analytics and continuous auditing/continuous risk assessment.
• Promote internal audit as a management service that independently adds value by providing an accurate, concise analysis and reports in communicating audit results. Actively advocate the establishment of sound policies and guidelines on internal controls, risk management and corporate governance and sharing of good practices within the Company.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or professional CA qualification with CIA certification. CISA or CFE certification would be an advantage.
• At least 6 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in construction or engineering services industry with exposure in Big 4 accounting firms.
• Proficiency in the use of data analytics tools (e.g. ACL, IDEA, Power BI, tableau, etc).
• Self-driven individual who is adaptable to changing priorities and different challenges and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to exercise objective judgement.
• Ability to influence and interact with confidence and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, management and multi-disciplinary staff across different levels.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse information required for the planning of each audit assignment.

• At the end of fieldwork review, assists Team Leader in conducting closing meetings to communicate draft audit findings to management.
• Assist Team Leader in finalizing the audit findings, recommendations, and reports, and collate management responses and action plans to mitigate risk.
• For senior associate and above, assist Team Leader and/or Internal Audit Director to manage end-to-end audit cycle for the audit engagement assigned.
• Track issues identified by Internal Audit and external auditors, and monitor implementation progress of management action plans. Conduct validation review on management remediation actions to address control deficiencies.
• Assist in developing Annual Internal Audit Plan using a risk-based approach.
• Assist in the preparation of deliverables such as audit reports and presentation materials to Management and Audit Committee
• Ensure assigned projects are completed in a timely manner and within the project budget allocated.

Job Requirement

• A good Diploma in Structural & Civil Engineering/Building/Quantity Surveying/Estate Management/Construction Management or equivalent from a recognised polytechnic or relevant professional qualification
• Relevant experience of at least 3 years in construction management with exposure in handling projects covering work relating to technical appraisals, cost estimates, site checks and quantity measurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Knowledge in data analytics tools will be an advantage

As our Account Manager in our Business Insurance Department, you will be a member of a 5-7 person unit team providing timely and quality handling of new business, renewal business and customer service needs for a large volume of complex accounts.  You will work together with the service team, including Producer, Unit Manager, Account Executive, and Account Administrator to prepare and market submissions, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and check/correct policies, while also responding promptly to all client requests.  You will demonstrate knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and risk management principles. • Manages creation of proposals, providing summary of programs and options, service plan, and other specific deliverables designed to support clients in making decisions about insurance programs

• Builds personalized client relationships through demonstrated ownership of the service plan and multiple channels of communication such as phone, email, and in-person meetings

• Analyzes risk, coverage, program structure and recommends options; executes coverage and program changes

• Oversees the accuracy and display of information in client portals; consults with and enacts client decisions on access to portal by their staff

• Leverages insurance knowledge and communication skills to explain coverage terms, program options, and other items to clients as needed

• Works with internal departments to ensure cohesiveness and timeliness of service execution, and creates report of service plan execution through commitment report

• Takes an enterprise-wide approach to client service by collaborating with other service teams to create a cohesive client service experience

• Manages time to prioritize workload, client service requests, and service parameters on business processes
   

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Attends various meetings throughout the year

• Conducts meetings independently with clients, when necessary, to fulfill commitments made in the service strategy

• Demonstrates knowledge of, and researches, individual states regulations and carrier programs necessary for multi-state accounts

• Demonstrates previous experience handling accounts, including the ability to navigate through diagnostic and financial analyses for these accounts

• Displays advanced comprehension of compliance within discipline

• Manages account activity assigned by Producer/Account Executive

• Communicates with clients regarding insurance, claims or administrative problems and works as a liaison to resolve escalated issues

• Demonstrates the understanding and ability to speak to strategic and complex insurance programs
   

MARKET STRATEGY AND NEGOTIATION

• Works with service team to effectively manage and oversee new business and renewal processes by following workflow procedures and best practices

• Creates submission for underwriters, by engaging with clients and prospective clients on their exposures, coverages and program needs, assembling into submission package following best practices

• Communicates with underwriters on submissions and negotiates premium, coverage, and other terms on behalf of clients

• Evaluates coverage, terms, and conditions of quotes received from underwriters; compares quote options from multiple carriers and presents coverage comparisons as requested

• Remains current on forms, coverage, insurance carriers, industry trends, and legislation

• Maintains positive working relationships with insurance carriers, attends meetings and events as appropriate, and proactively learns about their products and underwriting approaches

• Independently evaluates client’s current coverage programs and collaborates with the Producer/Account Executive to recommend market strategy and plan design

• Identifies and recommends additional products, services and coverage levels that enhance client programs

• Reviews and presents potential deficiencies in quotes and successfully negotiates with carriers to obtain rate relief

• Assists in the development of RFPs as requested on behalf of client/prospective client
   

DATA AND PROCESS INTEGRITY

• Consistently follows client service workflows and appropriately engages internal resources such as process support team, procedure manuals and reporting tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy of execution

• Accurately maintains complete client files including the clear documentation of account detail in agency management systems including policy information, activities, attachments, and correspondence

• Achieves desired levels of data completeness and process integrity by consistently meeting activity timelines, quality metrics, and goals
   

SERVICE PLATFORM IMPLEMENTATION

• Schedules, conducts and facilitates meetings as needed

• Implements programs, acting as a liaison and coordinating meetings and trainings for all parties when necessary

• Creates and provides review of various reports with producer and client
   

PEER RELATIONSHIPS

• Participates in ongoing scheduled meetings with service team to discuss accounts, renewals, service needs, service platform, etc.

• Trains, guides and mentors Client Service Representatives and other peers

• Communicates effectively with Client Service Representatives and provides timely and complete information to allow them to establish positive client relationships and efficiently manage their processes and workload

• Develops successful and effective working relationships with Producers, Account Executives, Client Service Representatives, service team members, managers, carriers and members of other departments

REQUIRED

• Upon hire, Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health, as appropriate for role

• 3+ years of Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage, or comparable

• Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex accounts
   

PREFERRED

• BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field

• CPCU, ARM, CEBS or other professional insurance designation related to discipline

• Experience working with agency management systems

• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office suite

Introduction

The GlobalFoundries Technical Pre-sales (TPS) team is responsible for providing Technology platform recommendation, technical communication support before design win stage to our customers. Your Job:

• Serve as the lead customer-facing Technical Sales with focus on the GlobalFoundries mature and advance node platform, especially automotive technology platforms.
• Responsible for aligning customer mature and advance node design enablement requirements to achieve design win and tape out targets.
• Serve as single technical interface to customer and coordinate all technical sales interaction.
• Develop customized technical presentations and proposals to assist customers in the evaluation of our solutions.
• Offer most credible representation of strengths and weaknesses of the GlobalFoundries technology (internally & externally).
• Formulate customer requirements and promote a compelling GlobalFoundries design solution with our enablement (PDK) and convey our value proposition.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in EE/Semiconductor/IC with minimum 4~6yrs in fabless design (prefer automotive related companies
• Digital/Analog Mixed Signal IC product design and design enablement experience required.
• With 1~3years foundry TD/PI/PDK/PM or EDA/IP experience is a plus.
• Be familiar with automotive related chips, like MCU, BMS, PMIC, Lidar, Radar, Camera, etc...
• Be familiar with auto-grade certifications, like AEC-Q, ISO26262, IATF16949, …
• Be familiar with PDK related issues, and established technical expert with proven track record in process design enablement with PDK.
• Excellent communication skills with proven track record of customer engagement and solution provider.

• To implement effective and consistent sales processes.
