De Supply Chain Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig bestellen van onderdelen ten behoeve van productie en het nemen van maatregelen bij dreigende tekorten. Draagt zorg voor het managen van de capaciteit bij leveranciers of is verantwoordelijk voor complexe orders. De complexiteit is te typeren in kritische onderdelen, hoeveelheid onderdelen per order, inkoopwaarde en belangrijke key leveranciers. De Supply Chain Specialist rapporteert aan de Teamleider Materials Planning.

Taken:

Orderplanning

• Informeert leveranciers over planning just-in-time leveringen en stemt wijzigingen af.
• Bespreekt afwijkingen in levertijd met productieplanning.
• Monitort levertijden en neemt actie bij (dreigende) overschrijding.
• Signaleert structurele afwijkingen in parameters van leverancier en meldt dit aan Procurement.
• Genereert bestellingen van materialen bij leveranciers op basis van parameters met betrekking tot voorraadhoogte, beschikbaarheid en prioriteiten.

 Backorders

• Lost backorders op door mogelijkheden te onderzoeken (order plaatsen bij leveranciers, andere HYG-locaties of EPO) en deze tijdig op te volgen binnen richtlijnen.
• Bespreekt vragen met betrekking tot backorders met Productie.
• Monitort te laat geleverde orders en escaleert waar nodig.
• Bij afkeur tijdens productie of bij inkomende inspectie zorgdragen voor nieuwe leveringen.

3 Way Match

• Onderzoekt en lost ontvangstverschillen op door middel van controle op factuur/credit, nalevering, verklaring, e.d.
• Bespreekt afwijkingen op invoices met afdeling Finance.
• Initieert voorraad controles naar aanleiding van tekorten.

Voorraadhoogte

• Monitort en optimaliseert voorraadhoogtes door aanbevolen aantallen wekelijks te evalueren en bij te stellen op basis van data-analyses.
• Bespreekt afwijkingen in voorraadhoogtes met Cycle Counters en Material Handlers.
• Draagt zorg voor het oplossen van afwijkingen in aantallen op inkomende zendingen in overleg met leveranciers, Stores en Inventory (Cylce Count).

Profiel

• Minimaal MBO 4 werk en denkniveau.
• Ervaring met planning en planningssystemen (AS400 / NPC)

Job Scope

Operational Scope:

1. Send Shipping instructions to Carrier based on pre-alert as per customer instructions
2. Collecting Survey reports once loading complete
3. Process split orders manually
4. Assemble to dispatch original documents to customer/Bank

Documentation Scope:

1. Screening the LC swift and advise LC workability/ambiguous clause for LC amendment.
2. Send request to Surveyor to prepare split Survey Reports based on Split B/L
3. Receive Survey report
4. Send Survey report/OBL copy to customer to receive back up LOI. Customer Sales should send the document copies to the customers.
