Job Summary:

As a global category buyer at Bosch Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in our purchasing organization tasked with executing procurement strategies to meet the company’s manufacturing needs. Your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement strategic purchasing initiatives, encompassing the identification of reliable suppliers, annual negotiation of pricing and favorable terms, and establishment of robust relationships with business partners. You will be involved in localization activities in ASEAN and be the key account for all category related procurement in the region.

This role demands a confident individual who possesses strong communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in the automotive industry and a solid understanding of purchasing processes.

1) Main responsible:

• Support document control according new document control will be changed the structure.  

         -Reviewing
         -Registering
        -Distribution

• Z-Drive monitoring and control.
• To Coordinate with others responsible about document control, follow up finding topic.

2) Report:

• Track the monthly report (Concession, Poor Car).

3) Project:

• Create new report via Power BI.
• Support eDocPro improvement Project.

1) Contacting with suppliers about raw material for packaging design.
2) Design package for finished goods.
3) Support project concerned with packaging.
4) Cost improvement projects
5) Drawing 3D packaging design.
6) Any assignment from supervisor.

• Analyze the needs of raw material in MRP accordance with the production requirement
• Contact with the suppliers to place the orders of raw materials, ensure shipment dispatch on time
• Coordinate for incoming customs process with BOI dept., forwarder and receiving with external WH
• Maintain and monitor inventory to ensure availability of goods and within inventory target
• Ensure correctness of raw material long term forecast, in cooperation with production/customer planner
• Create, maintain, and coordinate with other function to get accuracy data in SAP system
• Responsible for cost forecasting relate to procurement
• Participate in improvement activity and provide idea idea concerning with procurement
• Other assignments from supervisor

• Responsible for invoice receiving and verify the price compare to booking data in SAP and submit invoice to accounting department.
• Maintain packaging inventory & reordering process, scheduling of packaging material delivery and coordinate to customer for get packaging material according to delivery schedule.
• Coordinate to external warehouse for ensure replenishment for packaging material form warehouse to manufacturing plant.
• Maintain scrap data input, delivery note issuing process and submit to accounting department.
• Display & tracking the warehouse cost, transport cost, packaging cost and provide cost analysis data to manager.
• Maintain consumable, stationary and office supplier in logistics department , also maintain and supply to external process
• Support new project in Logistic management area.
• Be administration for document control in Logistic management section.
• Other assignment from manager.

Responsible for order management, as well as other processes involve in delivery plan from inter-plant. Coordinate with procurement team and OSD4 in manage transportation to to meet customer OTD.

Order Management 70%

1. Monitor SO-PO-OC of item between suppliers and business unit to ensure all items is delivered as scheduled.
2. Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update all missing delivery confirms by material level.
3. Report order discrepancies, tracking backlog, delay escalation process.
4. Act as an interface b/w procurement and warehousing to update the delivery plan.
5. Analysis the process and coordinate to collaborate across functions
6. RPA implemented idea to streamline the process.

Data Management 30%

Support master data management, and other tasks assigned by manager.

• Creates production plan based on customer demand inputs, production capacity and BPS standards
• Work with related function on schedule impacts and resolution e.g. backlog, shortage, Q-issue, etc.
• Review, and analyze customer orders and forecast with production capacity to maintain optimum inventory
• Customer window to response to requirement and sustain 100% on time delivery
• Act as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions
• Supports process improvement topic e.g. BPS, System-CIP, etc.
• Coordinate & support OSD, LSP and Freight forwarder about shipping document as based on regulation, benefit and privilege
• Distribute and communicate to related functions for regulation, guideline, announcement, or requirement
