Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the operations/ IFCA system of Sales Admin from SPA Signing until delivery of Vacant Possession
  
  
• To handle sales and loan documentations, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to sales and credit administration relating to Sales and Purchase, Loan, Transfer, Change of ownerships, etc
  
  
• To attend to billings, collections, correspondence and follow up with purchasers on their loan to ensure prompt payment by liaising with lawyers and bankers.
  
  
• To handle day to day sales administration operation related to after sales service.
  
  
• To perform data entries and update records into property software system.

Job Responsibilities

1. Stock Management: -

• Responsible for assisting dealers with in-stock purchases and monitoring the progress of orders.

Job Summary:

Assisting the HOD with work planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and directing the activities of the Security and SHE through risk minimization programs for daily and during events to ensure a secure and safe facility, effective access control, security of SIC’s assets and a secure environment for the staff, clients, pectators and any third parties in SIC’s premise.

Job Descriptions:

• To identify critical security risk, SHE hazards and control weakness,

YOUR MISSION

The Executive will Drive Supply Chain Operations excellence with country warehouse operations focusing in SCM cost, Productivity KPI and Logistics efficiency and provide guidance to Country by introducing and benchmarking best practices. Lead and implement continuous process improvement.

Improve overall inventory management (inventory profile, visibility and tracking of inventory availability).

Task 1: Import and Export Management

• Monitor product import and export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. Example: custom clearance procedure and custom’s clearance requirements such as application of VO, KSO, Form D/E/AI, Back to Back Form D/E, Invoice, Packing List and shipping terms and HS code declaration for SST/ duty.
• Ensure timely declaration and meet custom compliances for both import and export.
• Working closely with local custom broker and Puma compliance team to align on HS code classification and changes, and ensure system reflected latest update.
• Ensure well maintain all logistics documentation for audit purpose. Example: Puma invoices, forwarder/ 3PL/ vendor invoices. packing list, General Shipping Instruction (GSI) and SOP.
• In the event of any new contract take place, working with Puma compliance team to ensure all clauses are meeting trade compliances request and no conflict of interest with company.
• Validate and ensure all the import/ export documents cost are correct billed.
• Monitor on time freight booking from/ to forwarder until shipment arrive on time as per in-warehouse date.
• Plan consolidation based on the origin of goods to maximize the container utilization without impact product launch date.  This to ensure the country meeting the Global Container Filled Rate.
• Coordinate with 3PL to complete the inspection process pertaining export shipment.  Example: Indonesia.
• Working closely with Purchasing team for better buying trend as per in-store date.   
• Ensuring on time invoice validate, accurate and submit to account payable.
• Address recharge instruction accordingly to minimize logistic expense.
• Working closely with Global Logistics to exchange info and updates, cascade down to team on all updates.
• Resolve problems concerning all relevant logistics import and export.
• Follow up latest FTA updates and share among SEA team.

Task 2: Warehouse Operation Management

• Plan, manage and evaluate logistics inbound liaising with internal stakeholders and all aspect of 3PL.  Example: priority receiving and sharing of Key Initiative (KI) style number.
• Monitor warehouse workforce. Ensuring efficiency of 3PL and meeting daily productivity as per SLA. 
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.  Achieve maximum of resources and avoid wastages.
• Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.
• Deliver solutions to warehouse problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
• Create policies or procedures for warehouse activities. 
• Validate discrepancy from fresh inbound and ensure necessary adjustment done in place, and PO closure.
• Drive inbound audit check to ensure tally with fresh inbound.
• Monitor and ensure GR/return scanning completed timely, clear system EDI error.

Task 3: Warehouse Inventory Management

• Ensure timely completion of Goods Receipts by monitoring the warehouse space utilize against the priority shipment receiving. 
• Ensure the integrity of inventory good receipts accurate with the help of direct reports.
• Identify and resolve any quantity discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are match.  

Task 4: Reporting, Process Improvement and others

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Ensuring the Logistic Finance Report, monthly inbound report, discrepancy report is accurate.
• Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, freight cost, product volumes or mixes.
• To support and involve others activity when necessary.  Example: B2C campaign and stock take.  
• Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
• Collaborate LOG report with related stakeholder for better insight on LOG status.  Example: update daily the logistic report to power BI.
• Ensure flow go smoothly, shelve down unnecessary process, move towards to lean and efficient processes.  Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and KPIs.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance business growth and improvement.  Analyze the impact of proposed changes.
• Implement operational plans to improve and track all the work processes in compliance with organizational requirements.

YOUR TALENT

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or relevant studied.

Professional: 1-2 years relevant working experience in Logistics field.

IT Skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.

Competencies: Strong analytical thinking;  Problem-solving skills; Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes; Good time management

General Summary:

The Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr MSL) will serve as a scientific liaison to the medical/academic community and is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Health Care Providers/Professionals (HCPs) to ensure the appropriate dissemination of clinical and scientific information regarding Vertex' compounds in a timely, ethical and stakeholder-focused manner. The Senior MSL will contribute to shaping the medical plan by providing external stakeholders' insights, and contribute to the designing and execution of the Medical Affairs strategy and plan. The Senior MSL will engage HCPs in response to scientific educational and research needs with available Vertex resources, and provide the latest emerging data in response to specific inquiries, as appropriate.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops and fosters effective and trusting relationships with Thought Leaders and identifies and engages other appropriate HCPs resulting in scientific engagement with a large network of CF care providers and opinion leaders. Additionally, understands the inter-relationships both within and between academic centers and utilizes this expertise to enhance Thought Leader and HCP engagements
• Consistently incorporates all aspects of the SEM (Scientific Engagement Model) into all interactions, enhancing the quality of interactions and overall relationships as assessed by field coaching observations
• Independently incorporates the medical plan into interactions and territory planning (i.e. listening priorities) and captures valuable feedback in the CRM system to inform internal stakeholders and assist in shaping the medical strategy
• Possesses an in-depth understanding of the utility and functionality of the CRM system/data analytics tools, allowing for the time sensitive capture of interaction details. Uses CRM/Analytics to enhance future TL engagements and manage workload
• Discusses scientific information effectively and compliantly with external stakeholders at an advanced level of communication for both disease state and product to external stakeholders as assessed by management coaching and field observations
• In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of payers in the region and possesses an in-depth understanding of the impact of payers on patient care delivery
• Represents Vertex at medical congresses by providing scientific session/abstract coverage, booth staffing coverage, routine TL interactions, contributing to the daily and end of congress summaries and may provide logistical guidance as the “MSL congress lead” through organizing and scheduling abstract/session coverage and preparing and delivering the conference debrief.
• May serve as a mentor or trainer for colleagues with less experience; for example, assisting with new hire MSL onboarding
• Conducts all activities in compliance with Vertex policy and procedures and performs all administrative tasks in a timely manner such as CRM entry, vehicle mileage reporting, expense reporting, calendar entries, training assignments, etc.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum requirement for advanced biomedical or life sciences degree (ex. Masters, NP, PA)
• Experience of working in Haematology or cell and gene therapy
• Extensive years of experience as an MSL, or in other medical affairs roles in the pharma/biotech industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous training or experience in designated therapeutic area is helpful
