Your new role

Purpose of the role:
To guarantee the right operation of the packaging machinery in compliance with the working instructions and the safety guidelines.



Main Responsibilities:

• To run the packaging machine
• To run the roll pack bundler machine
• To change the polyethylene reels and their optional materials or feed the machine with skillets or cases
• To run the log saw if required
• To stop and restart the machines when needed
• To check the compliance between the product and the related data sheet
• To draft the data sheet regarding the production control
• Small maintenance activities and adjustments
• To manage the machinery change over
• To support the colleagues in case of need and overview the end line process when required
• To ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shift
• To ensure health & safety rules are adhered to

We are looking for motivated & committed individuals that are keen to progress their career within a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have previous experience within a production role/ Operator role and ideally come from a heavy industry background.


DBS checks will be carried out on day 1 of the assignment and the company offer a NO conviction policy.

Ideally you will drive due to the location.

Job Summary

This role will cover both operational and professional roles within Netherlands and could develop into a European wide role. This is a hybrid role with a mixture of home working and working from our sites in the Benelux. You will have a big influence in how much you travel and your main office will ideally be in Rotterdam but will also consider other locations within Netherlands for the right candidate. You will be responsible for providing high quality, end to end recruitment service, from taking hiring manager briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, through to onboarding.

Duties and Responsibilities

• You will support hiring managers in developing their recruitment needs and work in partnership to help us attract; but also retain talent by helping to identify right fit employees for a variety of roles including operational roles (warehouse operatives, customer service, drivers, maintenance engineers, Warehouse Managers) as well as roles in professional services within Finance, IT, Business Development or HR.  

• Collaborate with human resources leadership and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that promote diversity and ensure best practices.

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that build top talent pipeline and enable meeting current and forecasted regional needs .

• You will play a critical role in developing our employer brand by making sure that hiring managers and candidates receive a high-quality recruitment service.

What are we looking for?

• Be comfortable in generating candidates for sometimes hard to fill positions using Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed or other job boards.

• Enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Screen candidates to ensure we are introducing great candidates that is a culture fit to our business.

• Have worked with recruitment systems (such as Workday).

• Be able to create and maintain various reports relating to the recruitment process.

• Due to the nature of roles you will be recruiting for its essential that you are able to speak Dutch and English to a professional standard.

• Ability to work remotely and be self-driven to complete tasks without supervision.
