Job Responsibilities: 

-Provide level 1 onsite IT support services to internal users 
-Provide level 1 office computers and desktop applications support for office and remote employees 
-Execute employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, including account and equipment setup and decommissioning. 
-Corporate with System and Network team for Level 2 support case troubleshooting IT assets management according relate policy and guidelines 
-Maintain and monitor computer room equipment's and facilities

Job Requirements
-good English ability Familiar with Microsoft365 solutions and MS Teams collaboration tools Proficient in Windows/Mac OS system operation and hardware maintenance 
-Basic knowledge about network troubleshooting such as ping, telnet etc. 
-Basic knowledge about Window AD, Windows Server, Azure AD and UEM solutions, such as MS EUCM/SCCM, VMware Workspace One, etc. 
-Excellent service awareness, able to do a good job in user satisfaction management, and improve user IT service experience and user satisfaction 
-ITIL certification preferred, with experience in IT technical support for multinational companies.

Palladium Cloud Intern

Position Description:

As an integral member of the Palladium Cloud Team, you will work with our customers, AE team, FSE team, R&D groups to create a portal our Palladium and Protium products. This position will require knowledge of SQL, HTML, and scripting languages to build the database and portal/dashboard for HW Cloud assets and information. Position will require strong communication skills to work with various groups to assess, collect, and collate the necessary information.

Responsibility includes: 

• Creating online editable portal for HW Cloud
• Understanding Palladium and Protium telemetry information and incorporating data into overall database.
• Interfacing with FSE and AE team to create process for updating information to database.

Position Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as Masters student majoring in CE, CS, EE, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting languages (ksh/bash/csh/perl).
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, Python
• Knowledge of networking and how to debug networking issues
• Knowledge of how to install and configure OS’s (Redhat, Centos , Ubuntu, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills.  Must have ability to communicate complex issue to internal teams and customers in a clear and concise manner.

[What you will be working on]

• Propose new talent engagement initiatives, including the use of New Media tools to enhance employer branding and market career opportunities to targeted talent pool. 

• Coordinate interview for shortlisted job applicants, including ensuring that relevant documents are submitted and verified, administering pre-interview questions (if applicable).

• Perform various support functions of Talent Acquisition operations, e.g. facilitate onboarding, data collation and analysis.

• Perform audit fieldwork and systems administration
• Conduct data analytics (if there are available data such as payment listing) to detect exceptions or outliners for further manual checks, etc.
• Other ad hoc administrative matters (e.g. newsletter, coordinate audit committee meetings)

[What we are looking for]

• Students with background in Accountancy with some internal audit working experience will be preferred but not a prerequisite
• Students with data analytics, presentation and writing/reporting skillsets
• Has a positive attitude
• Willing to learn on the job
