Core Responsibilities:
- Trend Research: Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends, sourcing images and other media to craft standout advertising assets.
- Content Creation: Design and create engaging social media posts for our clients based on broad content directives. Utilize your skills in videography, photography, and graphic design to make each post pop.
- Social Media Management: Handle scheduling, posting, and captioning across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reels, using advanced management tools.
- Team Collaboration: Support our creative teams in ad-hoc design tasks, client liaison, and ongoing project maintenance.
Core Requirements:
- Creative Excellence: Proficient in videography/photography with a keen sense of aesthetics. Your ability to create compelling video, graphic, or written content will be key.
- Interpersonal Flair: With your friendly demeanor and ability to break the ice, you'll engage effectively with both team members and clients. Your jovial personality will make you a natural fit in our dynamic team environment.

Additional Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a diploma or degree in any field—diverse educational backgrounds welcome!

Use of AI, Ethics and Content Creation:
We make use of AI tools to enhance our content creation capabilities, not replace them. We firmly believe in the value and power of authentic, personal voices in driving great content. You must be prepared to use AI to your advantage, and assist in making it work better for us all. This includes:
- Input and processing of data and prompts into customised AI-chatbots for clients or content creation.
- Assist in correcting logical mistakes in conversation sequences (not as tricky as it sounds, just use common sense). This will be fully supervised and supported by your supervisor.
What You’ll Get:
- Mentorship and training in the field of branding, marketing and entrepreneurship.
- Hybrid work environment (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).
- 5-day task-based work week: no fixed working hours as long as tasks are completed well and on time. We don't work weekends or after 7pm if we can help it.
