• Crossdepartmental Cooperation: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to advance the iterative upgrades of the system.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry benchmarks.
• User Feedback and Improvement: Systematically collect and analyze user feedback to guide product enhancement and iteration. Prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs and business priorities.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Over 3 years of experience in product design.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, proficient in product management tools and methods.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them efficiently.
• Adaptability: Able to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment.
• Preferred: A background in finance is advantageous, and a technical background in JAVA is preferred.

We are looking for the following position: Account Manager

As an individual contributor and reporting to Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Operate as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Develop trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Responsible for new customer / market development
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Candidate with Network Infrastructure sales preferred (Direct)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Telecommunication / Electronics & Electrical).
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in development and execution of major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling high volume sales or bulk tender.
• Track record of consistent quota achievement and must be results driven.
• Good working knowledge with System Solution/Integrators products and services.
• Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Possess the ability to understand business requirement and able to qualify sales opportunity.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
