Patients also often see long lengths of stays which can consist of 3-4 weeks at a time. This provides our team to get to know each patient and their family on a more personal level allowing them to provide personalized care. Due to the nature of these diagnoses’ physician relationships are a large focus and RNs and Techs will get to know the providers well.
While most of our team utilizes a traditional schedule, we also offer non-traditional scheduling options to assist with those that need full flexibility in their work schedule. While each job posting may list a specific schedule you are encouraged to apply even if the posted schedule does not meet your needs as the recruiter or hiring leader may be able to work with you to figure out a schedule that will work for you.
