We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our Hygine team in Perth on a permanent full-time basis.

This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and make outgoing calls to customers to organise new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.

The core responsibilities in this role include:

• Providing support to national and key clients
• Drawing up contracts for services offered
• Processing purchase orders
• Planning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service
• Liaising with customers on a daily basis

Description

• Responsible to work with Customers, Operations and Sales team closely to ensure sites have proper pest management program with relevant documentations.
• Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reporting and also ensuring customers pass audits (internally and externally).
• Quality Checks and Quality Assurance or regular walk downs at customer site to ensure the pest management service level are maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries with regards to the difficult pest identification or preparation of pest identification reports.
• Troubleshooting for unresolved pest issues and working closely with Operations and Sales to resolve these pest issues.
• There are monthly and yearly quality inspection targets for this role of achieve.
• This role will handle different customers (from across various industries) both inclusive and exclusive of reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Entomology /biological sciences/ Environmental Science are welcome to apply
• Posses Knowledge of biology and behaviour of structural pests will be an advantage (But not a must)
• Proficient in MS office application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Good documentation skills, well organized and detailed oriented.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

1. Service Efficiency

• • Ensure Service Operations’ compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi –QPMS), Termite Management Program
  • Conduct technical advisory for Services which require site inspection
  • Ensure accurate and on time submission of reports agreed with customer.
  • Undertake periodic inspection to HD/KA customer; discuss fully finding result and recommendation. Seek agreement on the action plan.
  2. Administration and Policy Directive
  • Assist Technical Manager in planning, scheduling, preparation of suitable training materials and conduct of technical training.
  • Assist Technical Manager in updating Authorized Product List, coordinate request on addition and removal from the list. Coordinate with procurement department and chemical supplier on supporting documents.
  • Assist Technical Manager in conducting Service Audit, monitor status of TPA (Technician Performance Assessment)
  • Assist in any program that supports Quality service within division
  • Extend assistance to Branch operations in promoting company products and services and achieving business objective.
  • Supervise and/or assist specific Branch service operation as required after consultation with Branch & Technical Manager.
  • Provide Insect Identification Service for Branches which yet to have the capability and to complement those which have.
  • Constantly improve or upgrade knowledge on Pest Management through private study, membership of association, attendance at course, study of technical literature provided by Company and practical experience in the field.
  • Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/ or lack of customer cooperation, which require follow-up action by local Branch.
  • Submit recommendations and reports with appropriate chemical treatment or monitoring recommendation to the Branch or Service Heads
  • Conduct bi-annual audit and ensure usage of product are compliance on Authorize Product List in all Pest Control Branches.
  • Maintain accurate records of High Dependency / Key Account customer on a current year as reference for review on the status of Pest Management Program.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance and security of vehicle, equipment monies provided by Company and all technical materials/documents are controlled and will not be used on other purposes outside Company’s interest.
  • Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene
  3. Customer Development
  • Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
  • To be aware and act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling and improve collection.
  • Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers’ requirement.

• Schedule pest control treatment activities using internal scheduling system, by liaising with field Operations on resource availability, to produce efficient routes that maximize resource capacity

• Ensure timely delivery of invoices and pick up of payments.
• Ensure accuracy of payment details.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the outstanding balance accounts payment and follow up with customer finance / Account / Procurement departments directly.
• Follow up overdue accounts receivable with both external/ internal customers in resolving disputes and settlement negotiation to facilitate the settlement process.

Kami sedang mencari Operator Dobi (Laundry Operator) yang bermotivasi dan dinamik untuk menyertai pasukan kami. Tanggungjawab anda adalah untuk memberi perkhidmatan berkaitan dengan bahagian ‘laundry’ seperti proses pembersihan alas kaki dan penjagaannya. • Mengendalikan mesin pencucian dan pengeringan serta menggulung karpet
• Memastikan kerja yang dilakukan mematuhi etika kerja iaitu dasar kualiti, kesihatan dan keselamatan.
• Bertanggungjawab dan mempunyai inisiatif untuk sentiasa belajar tugas baru yang diberikan
• Memastikan semua mesin berkeadaan baik
• Hadir dan melibatkan diri di dalam perjumpaan/taklimat/mesyuarat mingguan/bulanan yang diadakan oleh pengurusan cawangan anda.
• Tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang mungkin diberikan kepada anda dari semasa ke semasa.

Calon yang ideal memiliki:

• Kelayakan pelajaran tahap SPM atau setaraf
• Kewarganegaraan Malaysia, LELAKI, berumur antara 18 dan 35 tahun
• Mempunyai lesen kenderaan yang sah dan mempunyai kenderaan sendiri untuk datang bekerja
• Perlu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Malaysia. Kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggeris adalah satu kelebihan
• Mampu mengendalikan forklift adalah satu kelebihan

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Plan and check service schedules via in-house system
• Manage and train service staff in order to improve the service quality
• Make sure team members provide quality and timely services as per scheduled
• Carry out regular quality assurance checks on completed services by spending 20% of available Supervision time on quality assurance checks
• Perform quarterly field attachment with team members
• Prepare and present weekly report on team members’ review

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in related discipline of studies with proven track record in managing staffs
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and people skills
• Mature and able to manage a team of 10 members
• Positive, result oriented, has good drive and initiative
• Computer skill is essential
• Willing to travel to client places
• Keen to take Goods Delivery License (GDL) if shortlisted
• Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
• Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or hold a relevant resident status
• Employment of foreigners are subject to the local authorities approval and subject to their own visa application

• Excellent planning, management and supervisory skills
• Ability to do multitasking job
• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
• Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication.
