Responsible for annual budget, expense forecast and expense analysis according to management's requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Budget and rolling forecast

• Coordinate China and branch annual GOE budget preparation

• Perform rolling China GOE forecast and provide relevant analysis.

Assist team leader in preparing various financial analysis and forecast according to management requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

IFRS17 Analysis

• Responsible for monthly IFRS17 analysis and provide high quality results to local management and group related function.

About the Role

The position is mainly responsible for ensuring that services provided by Service Partners properly defined with the corresponding service scope, expected output, costs and service levels to ensure that BPI AIA services to Customers are met in terms of time and quality standards for the assigned channels or segments. He/ she will also be responsible for ensuring that these services are measured versus agreements. He/ she will raise issues and concerns on service delivery and ensure timely resolution. At the same time, he/ she will recommend or initiate improvements and enhancements to existing services or processes with all stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develops, negotiates and secures Management sign-off of   Service Agreements with Partners including the service scope, expected output, costs and service levels. 
• Amends the Service Agreements as may be necessary due to changing business requirements.
• Ensures that services covered by the Service Agreements are measured and reported to BPI AIA in a timely and regular manner following the agreed formats and supported by transaction details.
• Tracks reports on Service Errors/ Failures received from Partners, Customers and BSEs and ensures that these are closed and resolved with the proper corrective/ preventive action steps.
• Analyzes  reports on actual  Service Level performance and Service Errors/ Failures,   raises gaps and issues to SSM Head and BPI AIA Management,  determines adequacy of measures taken  by Partners and recommends proper course of action to SSM Head and BPI AIA Management.
• Conducts Weekly or Bi Monthly Coordination Meeting with Process Owners/Vendors to discuss reported issues, status and action steps to avoid possible recurrence of the same problem.
• Liaises with partner’s Account Manager or person in charge to ensure timely and successful delivery of all solutions related to service related issues with the objective of meeting customers’ need and providing support to sales force.
• Initiates projects to help improve the service delivery to customers and sales force from development of financial assumptions and business case, project defense, secures approval from all concerned units, project set-up, implementation and attainment of target results.
• Develops capacity planning together with the Shared Services Data Analytics Officer using projected sales volume to ensure that required headcount is in place to deliver the required service and meet the target service level.
• Conducts quarterly review with service providers to assess the quality of the services being rendered and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for improving controls.
• Develops and manages the communication internally as well as with bank partners, AIA PH and other vendors in coordinating the service enhancements, new projects and other activities related to service delivery.
• Development and Sign-off of Service Level Agreement with partners and vendors Attainment of service levels by Partners/ Compliance of other Service KPIs Completion of service reports/ studies on schedule Resolution of Services Issues/ Gaps Completion of regular cadence with service providers Completion of Quarterly Review with service providers

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Graduate 4- or 5-year course in Business, Management or other relevant fields
• At least 5 years of work experience preferably with shared services or audit role or other similar field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding on process design and control, can read effectively data and reports
• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management and other disciplines related to service management
  • With experience in dealing with third party service providers

About the Role

- Adjudicate medical reimbursement claims within TAT and ensure to detect fraud, waste, and abuse claim by using medical knowledge.
- Perform customer centricity during the claim process.
- Proactively contribute creative ideas to the team to improve team performances

Claims Assessment (80%)

• Ensure all claim cases are assessed thoroughly and carefully and claims decisions within Claim Authority are made based on valid grounds as well as in full compliance with Claim guidelines/policies/ T&C.
• Examine patients’ medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Operate classification software to apply the correct clinical codes in system for reimbursement.
• Document patients’ health information, including medical history, examination and test results, and any treatments or procedures provided.
• Preserve confidentiality of all patient records
• Ensure to achieve claims SLA commitments to customers, distribution, and partner.
• Prepare proper documentation, and if possible, recommendation on cases referred to higher authority level or to Claim Committee for decision.

We are currently sourcing a Senior Manager, General Advice Delivery to join our Financial Wellbeing team at AIA in Melbourne. AIAFW has a focus on accelerating growth through the middle market and within this role you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through our ‘General Advice’ delivery channel. You will have the opportunity to join us on our journey to significantly improve the customer experience of our current General Advice offering and play a major part in shaping this for AIA.

• Shape and build the general advice  division  to ensure AIA Financial Services clients receive affordable and reliable Life and health insurance solutions (via a digitally led multichannel approach)

• Ensure the consistency of ‘General Advice’ delivery regardless of lead origination, touchpoint or consultant, enabling a seamless experience for customers wanting to purchase insurance protection

• Supporting the definition and design of the end-to-end strategic customer journey & pathways, optimising business function and process through operational and technology enablers, (whilst factoring in regulatory considerations).

• Manage the operations of the Direct Life Insurance and General  Advice teams including design of the strategic acquisition and conversion model, leading the people and overall performance.

• Lead the development of the strategy and the delivery of the technology enablers to support the general advice digital and tech strategy, CX & UX and realise our digitally led multi-channel approach

To be successful you will:

• Have demonstrated experience developing and working in a similar Direct Life or General advice team

• RG146 qualified

• Strong Retail insurance and Underwriting competence would be advantageous

• Exceptional customer engagement skills and the ability to implement change

• Solid understanding of industry, regulatory and competitor issues as relevant to interests and outcomes for customers within Financial Services or Insurance

• Proven experience in customer advocacy and comparable client focused or advisory role

About the Role

The role will be based in Kuching, Sarawak. The incumbent's responsibility is to deliver structured training and development programmes as prescribed by Premier Academy to the tied agency force.

• Deliver training programs that are intended to influence agency business performance that are unique to the respective tactical plans of the assigned region.
• Mentor agents inside and outside training session to constantly improve performance.

About the Role

Process authorized claims transactions within the required benchmarks for Hong Kong market based on guidelines set for the issuance of AIA insurance policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process all Life / Accident and Health (A&H) / Major Claims / Corporate Solutions (CS)/ Pre Approval (PA) claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
• Evaluate and collect all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.
• Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and efficiency benchmark.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
• Prepares regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.
• Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.
• Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to resolve data quality.
• Forward thinker in ensuring all required task and activities are recorded in relevant system accurately and promptly. 

Job Requirements:

• Open to Fresh Graduate, experienced Medical Claims Assessor, experienced from Lab / Nursing / MBBS.
• A recognized tertiary Diploma / Bachelor in Biology, Biotechnology, and Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management or relevant qualifications.
• Self-motivated and customer orientated.
• Time management skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
• Good dedication at work, good demeanor, willing to learn.
• Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).
• The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.
