Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

• Steuerung und Leitung von Projekten

• Umsetzung von quantitativen und qualitativen Befragungsprojekten

• Durchführung und Umsetzung von komplexen Mitarbeiterbefragungen

• Anforderungen klar formulieren und technische Lösungen sowie Best Practices erläutern

• Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit dem Kunden

• Erstellung von automatisierten Reportings im Rahmen der Berichtserstellung

Das bringen Du mit: 

• 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Kundenbetreuung sowie in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Befragungen und Datenanalysen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium

• Hohe Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke, Sorgfalt, Teamfähigkeit und Kreativität

• Praktische Erfahrungen mit MS-Office und idealerweise Kenntnisse in SPSS sowie in statistischen Analyseverfahren und Project Management (PMP, PRINCE 2, Agile)

• Affinität für die technische Aufbereitung, Verarbeitung und Auswertung von Daten

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the areas on valuation of pension schemes.
• Demonstrated track record of providing high quality work, good technical know-how and ability to work on bespoke projects within a team
• Knowledge of EB pensions domain
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Knowledge and understanding of benefit calculations
• Ability to question the objective of an exercise and prod away diligently/incrementally whenever ideas occur
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder einschlägige Beratungserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) auf dem Gebiet der betrieblichen Altersversorgung in einem Beratungsunternehmen, im Personal- oder Finanzbereich eines Unternehmens oder im Bereich eines Lebensversicherers
• Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungsrecht der betrieblichen Altersversorgung. Kenntnisse im Bereich Lebensversicherung und Grundkenntnisse im deutschen Handels- und Steuerrecht sowie der internationalen Rechnungslegung sind vorteilhaft.
