As a Senior Manager, Technical Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and managing technical solutions in Data Centre Engineering projects from inception to completion, developing pre-sales solutions by coordinating closely with the Commercial team and/or wider KDCH teams, and working with various investment stakeholders to assess feasibility of Pre-deals. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Complete definition and design of complex components, modules and sub systems. Contribute to the system engineering specification both within the field of one's expertise and broadening into other disciplines. Ensure designs meet market requirement specifications (MRS). Coordinate with project marketing and management to understand sub system requirements. Be able to chair architecture brainstorming meetings and drive the systems process to down select to a final architecture of a subsystem.
2. • Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards, ensure safety on site
• Maintain and update site records on project progress
• Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing material delivered to site
• Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance to statutory requirements

• Serve as Technical SME for remittance system and other applications for regional branches.
• Analyse, design, develop, implement and maintenance of the remittance system.
• Work closely with team leader to gather requirements from customer, perform technical impact analysis and estimate effort for development.
• Prepare and update functional and technical documents and prepare test cases.
• Develop and modify the applications according to requirements for the development.
• Conduct peer source code and documentation review.
• Perform unit test and system integration test, support user acceptance test.
• Prepare release procedure and support production implementation.
• Update user manual, system operational manual and other necessary deliverables.
• Troubleshoot issues and problems to provide workarounds.
• Perform root cause analysis and come up with preventive measures.
• All other duties and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent fields
• Min. 5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server/SSRS, Optional: Java)
• Experience in working in a complex matrix organization
• Good knowledge in SDLC methodologies (waterfall)
• Good presentation, communication and coordination skills
• Ability to contribute individually and collaborate well in a team.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Responds with speed and flexibility.
