• Collaborate with operational sites for effective manpower planning and recruitment.
• Assist with insurance matters, including group insurance and vehicle insurance.
• Manage road tax, worker injury cases, accident cases, and apply for levy waivers.
• Complete tasks assigned by the HR Head of Department.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Department for related support, including grants, deductions, levy waivers, and insurance reimbursements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
• Ensure compliance with regulations from CPF, MOM, and IRAS.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
