Handle full-set accounts & knowledge in Accounting System
Handle the accounts payable, accounts receivable and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Manage daily operations of the finance department.

Job scope:-
1.Recording, tracking and monitoring movement of Fixed Assets (Inventory)
2.Arrange movement of Inventory (furniture and electrical appliances)
3.Recording and monitoring CAPEX (Inventory)
4.Administration of Management Office (attending calls, courier services, general inquires and etc) 
5.Prepare payment vouchers
6.Prepare Purchase Requisition for inventory purchase requests for HQ approval
7.Record and monitor staff attendance and leaves
8.Record and monitor condominium keys

Requirement:-

Job Description

• Assist Sales Manager in new business development and attend to new business enquiries.
• Attend to enquiries from exisitng customer which include pricing enquiry, technical specification, follow-up of order and delivery schedule.
• Must be a master seller. Schedule meetings, sales appointments and following up with customers regarding order status.
• Build and maintain rapport with potential, existing & new customers.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Preparing reports on monthly credit reports, and relevant statistics for Management’s review.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Brief of work:

• Manage and be the primary contact for all B2B customers.
• Manage invoicing, credit note, good return note, and claim process.
• Draft, implement and monitor a robust Accounts receivable process.
