The Head of Professional Services, Acceptance Solutions for AP is responsible for positioning Professional Services as a value proposition driver to enable Visa clients to innovate and transform their businesses by leveraging a host of solutions, services, and offerings available for use within the Acceptance Solutions ecosystem. This critical leadership role is vital in assisting Visa clients to meet their business objectives through a range of services (e.g., consulting, migration, management, integration, custom development, etc.) to simplify how clients integrate with our Acceptance Platform and accelerate the consumption of our services.

The leader will build strong relationships with our partners in Sales, Solutioning, Product Management, Technology and Client Services to develop the right Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for clients, co-create the right set of solutions that enable our clients to differentiate themselves, and ensure deals are structured for both our clients’ and Visa’s successes within the Asia Pacific regions. The leader should have prior experience and proven success developing business with critical financial institutions, processors, ISVs, PSPs, PayFacs, and merchants, growing the revenue within a region, and leveraging a dynamic operating model to advocate for the adoption of the host of solutions provided by the Professional Services team.

Role & Responsibilities

§ Transformational Leader to develop and execute effective GTM strategies and branding to promote the utilization of Professional Services to accelerate the change for payments acceptance in AP.

§ Manage Professional Services P&L for AP, including revenue projections, sales pipeline, and expense management.

§ Develop and grow a high-performing team, with unique payment industry knowledge, to support the success of Visa’s strategic clients.

§ Enhance Professional Services engagement model and pricing structure to drive global scale.

This includes accountability for the development and management of client project pipeline including the client proposals, estimates, statements of work and change requests.

§ Scale the book of business and revenue for Professional Services within AP regions.

§ Prepare and present sales and pricing proposals, and as required, negotiate contractual agreements to expand Professional Services offering.

§ Drive critical strategic discussions, and actions with a range of stakeholders across the organization, including executive management.

§ Function as a critical voice of client needs to inform Visa core product roadmap and investments.

Team Summary

The Products and Solutions function is responsible for product management, product strategy, providing the thought leadership and long-term design for the development and growth of Visa’s products across the Asia Pacific (AP) region. The Product Development and Commercialisation is a horizontal service group, within Regional Product team that has end-to-end responsibility for building and delivering new capabilities aligned with the AP Product Roadmap.

What a Director – Deployment Strategy will do:

The Director will be a member of the leadership team reporting to the AP Regional Head of Product Development and Commercialisation and will lead and own strategy initiatives. The incumbent will lead end to end strategy as well as the deployment and development efforts of the regional muti year plans.

Essentially, the individual will:

• Work with and support Product verticals and markets and owns the development of strategies with alignment of the regional and global priorities.
• Front regional business planning and develop proposals to address product roadmap development needs
• Monitor competitive developments across the region as well as globally, and be involved in the development of timely responses to emerging trends and opportunities across AP.

The Director, Travel Vertical lead will be a part of the Acceptance team within the Merchant Sales and Acquiring (MS&A) hub organization. This is a team of thought leaders and execution-focused specialists who deploy acceptance growth initiatives and seller-side solutions to catalyse acceptance growth across Asia Pacific. The team is also the regional co-ordination point and interface into the global verticals and segments and drives the overall strategy for multiple initiatives to grow Visa’s acceptance footprints.

As a key member of this team based in Asia Pacific, you will be the business lead responsible for identifying and delivering on opportunities within the Travel vertical with client segments such as airlines, hotels and other travel partners/enablers. You will leverage your deep domain expertise of travel and payments to help grow Merchant Sales & Acquiring opportunities through enhancing customer experience, optimizing payment performances and driving revenue growth for both the clients and Visa. This role will report to Head of Acceptance in AP.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Build, own and drive Visa’s Travel segment strategy for merchants, acquirers, and enablers across the Travel value-chain in Asia Pacific.
• Be the subject-matter-expert to grow Visa acceptance, cobrands opportunities, acceptance solutions and various payment flows with travel merchants (eg: airlines, hotels, OTAs) as identified in the regional Travel strategy.

The MSD 365 CRM/CRM Portal Director (Delivery Manager) is a multifaceted role that combines project management, delivery management and systems analysis responsibilities. The CRM Delivery Manager embodies strategic thinking with tactical execution and is responsible for project delivery, service delivery, operational excellence, people management, vendor management, requirements management and business relationship management. This role will be based in our Bangalore office. Our group is growing fast and we need a person who can lead business development for Data Services business for Visa’s Seller and Non-traditional clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. This role requires close collaboration with Data Science delivery team within Visa locally and regionally. The Director of Business Development will manage multiple clients and partners to expand data services business.  

Core responsibilities will include:

1. Create a growth strategy for the data services business.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales target and expand customer base.
3. Identify, negotiate and close business deals with potential clients.
4. Partner with functions across Visa (e.g., Data Science, Regional Centre’s of Excellence, Merchant Sales & Acquiring and Client Services) to collaboratively see opportunities.
5. Establish proficiency in Visa data services and communicate Visa value propositions for our clients.
6. Maintain a deep understanding of the industry trends, market activities and competitors.
7. Collaborate with data science SMEs to align solutions with client/ market needs.
8. Provide detailed update to the LT on revenue, sales target and client satisfaction.
9. Document processes, key findings which can be used for learning and development across the team.

Day -to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Develop compelling client proposals to meet sales targets including pricing and delivery resource model requirements.
2. Meet new and existing clients and partners to pitch data solutions.
3. Project manage client engagements including contracting and billing process.
4. Prepare project materials including data requirements and frameworks.
5. Deliver compelling client presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly.
6. Playback results and success of program to clients, leading to renewed contracts and program extensions.

What a Business Development Leader in Merchant Sales & Acquiring team does at Visa

As a Director, you will lead the sales and account management and be commercially responsible for managing one of the largest clients in Japan, with driving new physical in-store acceptance and new consumer and commercial payments opportunities (e.g. on-loop transit, small business and commercial money movement). You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the client’s organization and leverage your expertise and insights to provide them with strategic guidance and support. Working in a high performing team, you will identify new opportunities to help expand our joint business across core consumer payments, value added services and new flows. You will also work closely with various internal and external stakeholders from a range of functions including product, sales marketing, and operations, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of the client and their customers. The Director will be an integral part of our Visa Acceptance and Cybersource Solutions team supporting key client deliverables to ensure strong sales strategy and delivery for key client initiatives. This role is a field sales position within our growing Australia and New Zealand team that will help drive the expansion of Visa Value Added Services business. This role is responsible for targeting retailers, acquirers, and service providers as well as other companies accepting payments to add them to our growing digital products portfolio. The Sales Director will work closely with other Visa teams to offer visa products for checkout, processing, analytics, fraud, security, and other digital solutions to the Australian and New Zealand market. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong payment technical skills that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. He or she must be a fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances of complex, varied payment offerings.
