What you will be doing:

• Responsible for ensuring the customer service function is adequately resourced and managed efficiently
• Acts as a key liaison between centre management and our customers and retailers
• Provides assistance in delivering accurate and timely information to customers to maximise their experience with our shopping centre
• Accountable for consistency of customer service levels across the entire Customer Service Team. 
• Trains team members in systems, processes and assists with their knowledge of the centre and customer service pinciples
• Actively facilitates the sale and/or rental of value-add services (including gift card) and/or mobility/community solutions that are offered through the customer service desk to stakeholders. 
• Assist with developing and distributing retailer communications where required
• Acts as a front of house contact for operational suppliers and contractors in the shopping centre

About you:

• Experienced in a similar Team Lead / Managerial role, managing rosters, coaching and supporting a front desk team.
• You will demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills with contractors, retailers and customers.
• Strong understanding of reporting to support and maximise experiences in the shopping centre.

Due to continued growth and significant upcoming opportunities, JLL Infrastructure Advisory is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Property Advisors Acquisition Managers and Land Access professionals from which to allocate the most suitable resource/s to upcoming project proposals.

Acquisition Managers & Land Access Professionals

The main performance objective of the role is to develop, maintain and foster trusting and respectful relationships with landholders and stakeholders impacted by linear infrastructure projects.

It is expected you will have experience in the following:

• Liaising, engaging, and consulting with landowners and stakeholders impacted by linear infrastructure projects
• Negotiating agreements to secure access to land including Access Licences, Option Agreements and other land tenure agreements as required
• Managing and coordinating access to land for other project consultants
• Valuation, rural agency, or some other rural property experience is desirable
• Infrastructure projects with an understanding of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act will be highly regarded
• Willingness to travel within NSW essential – typically 2 weeks per month

Property Advisors

You will have significant experience in:

• The creation and management of property documentation, database management, milestone and budget reporting and the coordination of information and programs for the property acquisition team.

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Demonstrated experience working within the property industry and an understanding of property tenure. 

• Previous experience working in infrastructure projects with an understanding of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act will be highly regarded

We act as the interface between the customer and the Estate Settlement and Support Processing Teams. Risk Executive Construction Services, Major Client Group & Commercial Banking Risk – Permanent Full Time

The Major Client Group and Commercial Banking Risk team provides specialist credit risk management support, advice and decisioning for the Major Client Group (MCG) and Commercial Banking (CB) teams within CBA Business Banking.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Construction Services NSW, QLD and WA, the successful applicant will be joining our national Construction Services Risk team and will be based in Sydney.

The Construction Services Risk team focuses on clients in the construction, site preparation and services to construction segments with non-retail credit exposure greater than $10.0m.

This is a credit risk decisioning role in which the successful applicant will be exercising a single sign-off credit approval delegation as well as supporting the Senior Manager with strategic work in relation to our approach and risk appetite for the sector.  

The role works closely with Line 1 and involves direct interaction with external customers to ensure the development of a thorough understanding of their businesses. This must be balanced with the need for independent risk assessment.

With the business heavily focused on growth, it can be a high pressure environment. The successful applicant must be able to work efficiently, be willing to back their own judgement and when appropriate, effectively challenge business partners.

Beyond credit risk management support and decisioning, there is an expectation that Risk Executives contribute to and in some cases drive credit risk focused initiatives and projects. This may be for a particular industry, simplification of credit policy or optimisation of credit processes and tools.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

• Advises senior credit risk decisioners on transactional or portfolio risk concerns; provides recommendations to ensure that credit risks are identified, managed, measured, monitored, and properly reported.
• Supports senior managers in establishing risk tolerance limits and developing risk management standards of practice that are consistent with industry standards. Makes high quality credit risk decisions in line with delegated Personal Credit Approval Authority.

• Assists in developing action plans to resolve issues including re-design of processes to better identify, manage, measure, and monitor credit risks.
• Undertakes data analysis to monitor, measure and manage credit risk exposures. Completes high quality credit risk analysis and submissions. Provides credit and risk appetite guidance to Line 1.
• Works productively as part of a team or independently to meet deadlines.
• Develops Construction Services industry specialisation in line with business growth objectives and portfolio concentration.

• Graduate or post graduate degrees in business or finance related field.
• Experience in a credit risk management position, including exercising a personal credit delegation, with a proven ability to provide sound, commercial and consistent credit risk decisions that are in the customers’ best interest.
• An ability to work autonomously and with absolute integrity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must. The successful applicant must be able to influence at a range of levels within the organisation and across both Line 1 and Line 2. This includes representing transactions at Credit & Pricing Review Panel.

• Previous experience operating within a large building (preferably) or civil construction environment in a similar EHS role and hold all necessary certifications and qualifications

As an Analyst you are a core member of a Relationship Management team, supporting the Relationship Executive through value add solutions. • Structure and clearly articulate the credit merits of a transaction, including identifying and mitigating key risks
• Write, negotiate and manage credit applications for new and existing clients, undertaking due diligence, financial modelling and risk analysis

• Undertake detailed analysis of client and industry specific information focusing on the key financial drivers of each client in order to effectively meet their needs

Lendlease Construction are searching for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our health project, at Liverpool Hospital valued at $750M.

From specialised research facilities to major regional hospitals, Lendlease has extensive expertise in delivering hospital and other healthcare projects in Australia and around the world.

The Role

The role will see you take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium range construction programmes and construction methodology for the of the finishes stage of this redevelopment, whist managing sub-contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high quality, safe construction work. You will also work closely with your site and project engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site and to meet the project program.

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential as you’ll be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.

What this job involves

The Senior Property Manager will be based at JLL Perth Office where you will join our Property Management team supporting a select group of private and institutional Clients.

You will be responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of commercial properties where you will be required to provide a high level of service delivery to our Clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Day to day management of a select portfolio of CBD and city fringe-based office assets
• Strategic management of the portfolio including generation of ideas to add value to the assets as well as cost saving measures to drive our clients’ investment performance
• Management of financials including payment and recovery of outgoings, monthly reporting and reconciliations with support from your internal Portfolio Accountants
• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Management of EH&S, Sustainability and Risk Management Programs
• Maintaining positive relationships with your Tenants to drive retention and lease renewal opportunities
• Building operational management, including arranging repairs and maintenance and managing service contractors as required as well as co-ordination with Facilities Management staff
