• Possess Certificate for "Oil and Petrochemical Industry Safety Supervisors Course" conducted by Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• At least 5 years of working experience in the skill set and another at least 1 year experience as a Foreman/Supervisor.
• Oversees daily maintenance activities of his work area.
• Co-ordinate with his Supervisor on the daily job.

- Allocate workers timesheet to CDMS system timely and accurately.

- To clear all exceptional report daily and proactively report to Accounts Manager should there any unresolved exceptional report.

- Filing and document all time sheet/job sheet and CDMS timesheet report according to filing system.

- Administers and processes foreign workers’ immigration matters, Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass application, renewal and cancellation, foreign workers’ insurance matters, home leave, etc.

- Provides administrative assistance in the implementation of Company’s HR policies so that overtime, work on rest days and public holidays are properly implemented.

- Monitors the utilization and administration of employee benefits e.g. medical, leave, staff insurance and highlights discrepancies to HR Officer / HR Manager for corrective actions.

- Assists in maintaining and updating employees’ personnel files accurately.

- Transports Company’s materials and parts as directed / instructed by the Logistics Supervisor and other designated managers of the Company.

- Maintains assigned vehicles clean and in good running condition and carries out maintenance such as washing and housekeeping.

- Arranges for the servicing of the assigned vehicles based on the servicing schedule.

- Carries out routine check-up of the vehicles such as oil, brake function, water, lights and tyre conditions.

- Work with Logistics Supervisor to handle purchases of materials for sites/projects as well as for office.

- Source for and communicates with approved vendors/suppliers for quotations and specifications on the required materials for Company’s projects and work sites.

- Co-ordinate inspection activities with third parties, clients and authorized inspectors.

- Steward the QA/QC workflow relating to construction activities to ensure flawless execution.

- Create simplified workflows to enable field personnel to understand the relevant QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance to these procedures

- Conduct and record qualification test on our workforce.

- Review and endorse inspections/test reports on completed work.

- Perform other mechanical inspection as and when directed by company representative.

- Develop quality plans and activities that comply with company policies; and meet customer and regulatory requirements.

- Submission of these developed plans for client review and approval and carry out the necessary corrective actions as per client requirements.

- Develop tools, procedures, guides, inspection test programs and specifications regards quality in all stages of projects working with the technical departments.

- Responsible for all QA / QC related issues and operational matters.

- Plans, coordinate and participate in reviews of site operations and procedures to identify areas for improvement, perform site inspections and quality reporting.

- Coordinate QC personnel performing a variety of quality control, inspections, examinations and tests.

- Supervise daily running of quality management to all project activities.

- Function as ASME and ISO 9001 Management Representative and key liaison person in liaising on QA/QC matters with internal and external parties.

- Ensure that all Quality systems, procedures, rules and regulations are current, updated and documented.

- Review and discuss inspection reports with relevant parties at all stages of project, especially after completion.

- Perform all other relevant duties as required.

- Assist in all project & resources.

- Assists the Company’s designated Project managers or Construction Managers in implementing, developing and executing project design plans.

- Assist Company’s Project Managers / Construction Managers in reviewing project specifications and preparing project manpower resource plans.

- Performs site checks to ensure compliance with drawing specifications.

- Assist in determines budget, schedule, manpower and material requirements to execute projects.

- Assist to ensures that worksites are safe for all workers to work and operate in.

- To ensure that supervisors and workers comply with regulatory as well as the safety and quality standards of Shing Leck’s clients.

- To implement Shing Leck’s safety plan and works with management to ensure that supervisors and workers comply with the plan and execute its deliverables.

- Help in preparing Job Safety Analyses, Work Method Statement, Lifting Plans, Confined Space Work documents.

- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes and to take measure to eliminate/minimize these risks after due consultation with Site Manager.

- Assist in conducting regular site safety audits, toolbox talks, safety briefings before starting work as well as coach workers on both regulatory and clients’ safety procedures.
