We are looking for a Client Services Manager based in Singapore to support Investment Management clients in the Southeast Asia region.
Description:
- Driving the delivery of premium client service and support to institutional and intermediary clients, and providing sales support to sales teams in Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate closely with different teams / offices for smooth clients/accounts onboarding, change management, client review and monitoring, and transaction monitoring
- Deliver regular client servicing and reporting, prepare, review and translation of reporting, and prepare and attend client calls/meetings/events.
- Handle enquiries and complaints timely and professionally, and promptly escalate potential issues and risks
- Review client agreements and documents and comment from client services/operation prospective
- Assist in coordination/preparation of client deliverables in the sales/fund manager/fund due diligence process, and participate in the relevant activities/meetings/calls when needed.
- Effective use of companies CRM system and other applications to ensure client communication/record is captured/updated.
- Provide client data and information to fulfil internal and external requirements/support other functions
- Contribute to internal projects when needed
- Focus on specific goals, and demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.
- Foster a sense of teamwork, support/assist other teams/offices when needed/required
- Ensure adheres to established corporate policies/ procedures/internal controls/ regulations, and promptly escalate potential risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferable major in Business, Marketing or Finance related
- At least 5 years of work experience in Investment Management/Asset Management/Banking industries
- Detail-oriented, a quick learner and take initiatives to learn, flexible and can work multi-tasking
- Hands on experience in AML/KYC process and mutual fund operations
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office: Word, excel, power point and any experience in Bloomberg Terminal, Salesforce, and Morningstar would be advantageous
- Ability to converse and read in English and Mandarin/Simplified Chinese, preferably can read Traditional Chinese to liase with Mandarin speaking clients
- Basic knowledge on different types of investment strategies/products
