About the Role

AIA Hong Kong & Macau is looking for a program/project manager to deliver on projects aligned to a major strategic program. This role will be accountable for orchestrating the delivery of Technology projects for AIA in HK, Macau and the Greater Bay Area.

• Understand the complete ecosystem in Healthcare – healthcare providers, TPAs, Networks, Insurers, Pharmacies, Wellness service providers etc.
• Understand of data standards in Healthcare – CPT, ICD codes etc. and ensure AIA alignment to these standards

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of Project/Program Management experience, with significant experience in the healthcare ecosystem
• Experience in financial services would be an added bonus.
• Open and effective communication skills, to varying levels of collaborators spread across complex organization structures.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in an IT related field
• Exposure to technology platforms used in Healthcare ecosystem players.
• Knowledge of financial management/budgets would be a bonus.

The Actuarial Department and Capital Management Department of AIA Hong Kong consists of various functions. As an actuarial intern, you will have an unique 6-month experience to expose into different functions/sections during the internship period

Roles and Responsibilities:

Actuarial Department - Product Development

Main function of the product team would be to develop new products, review existing product performance and actual operational experience

• Performing data analysis and generate product financials through the use of spreadsheet and/or Prophet models
• Checking on IT systems related to product administration

About the Role

The IVS data consultant will support the data-driven decision making culture by analyzing business performance data from multiple sources and channels, identify the key moments and co-work with the engagement team to translate these into clear action items to sales and revenue generating activities

• Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages overall logistical concerns of AIA PH Academy, including but not limited to the following: travel arrangements, training supplies, and event execution.
• Tracks and monitors the Academy’s budget ensuring proper use of resources, and that department’s spending is aligned with company’s expense policy.
• Prepares finance-related support including end-to-end ARIBA process.
• Ensures timely filing and payment of Academy-related third-party providers such as the Learning Management System (E-Learning) provider and industry-related vendors such as LIMRA and GAMA and keeps records of the third-party provider contracts.
• Coordinates important schedules for Academy such as Planning Sessions, General Assemblies, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.
• Maintains physical & digital files in an organized manner.
• Manages, prepares, plans, and maintains the inventory of office supplies, equipment, and the like for the Academy.
• Ensure timely release of supplies and equipment whether new or replacements.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

About the Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through infrastructures such as call centre (i.e. telemarketing) and online platform to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

• Create demand for AIA's products by highlighting their ability to meet the client's needs
• Develop, implement and administer sales and distribution programmes for the direct sales channel
• May manage existing accounts as part of a larger account team or manage named accounts within a geography for a particular product or product set
