Programme Assistant
Worcester based with an anticipated blend of home and office working.
£26,780 per annum
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
We have a great opportunity for a Programme Assistant to join our Growth and Business Development Team within Sanctuary Supported Living (SSL). You will be assisting the Group to grow its offering of supported housing to vulnerable client groups by assisting on acquisitions, integration and key projects. The team of 13 is also responsible for developing competitive tenders for the provision of new and existing supported living services.
In this dynamic role you will support the wider team in keeping track of opportunities as they arise as well as assisting with the successful planning and delivery of projects throughout the business area. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to make a real difference and deliver on significant business growth projects.
The role of Programme Assistant will include:
- Supporting on the delivery of competitive tenders.
- Assisting the team in identifying growth opportunities and with bid submissions
- Managing projects including developing project plans and project initiation documents.
- Circulating information about new opportunities.
- Managing the maintenance of our SSL tender opportunity tracker.
- Supporting the team to implement new services.
- Supporting and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and experiences:
- A strong background in administration.
- Ability to confidently work with external stakeholders.
- A proven track record of working on acquisition projects is desirable.
- Good project management skills.
- Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
- Some experience producing and analysing statistical information.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Visio is desirable.
