Responsible for the removal and installation of wall vinyl, paint, casework finish, and wall hangings required for wall finishing projects in a safe and professional manner.

Job Description

Must be knowledgeable in paint, paste, casework finish, wall finish product applications, and small wall patching repair. May be required to assist other Construction Services trades to complete construction projects. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Must be able to differentiate colors precisely. Utilizes varies machines/equipment such as paint sprayers, vinyl machine, and basic tools. Must be able to work on high equipment, such as lifts, ladders etc. Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment. Requires flexibility with indoor and outdoor working conditions. Keeps in compliance with the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA). Travel may be required (around 10%).

Qualifications

Trade school, vocational school or apprenticeship in interior finish related field preferred.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To deliver an efficient Timber Frame design service that enables effective fabrication and construction of timber structural frames. To ensure that all working processes and practices are undertaken safely, efficiently and in accordance with the company's management systems and procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The role is fully accountable for the delivery of a competent and efficient design service on various projects, in accordance with company standards, systems and procedures, ensuring effective performance for the business from the following areas.

* Coordinating external structural engineering and design input on commercially as required

TASKS AND FUNCTIONS:

Main Responsibilities

Electronics technician - Metrology

Work with instructions within established processes to complete calibration as well as electronic repair service requests impacting various instruments, equipment or machines. Requires knowledge in areas such as pressure, temperature, vibration, speed, etc.

Job Description:

The Phlebotomist Technician performs blood and urine collection procedures utilizing standard collection methods and instructs patients on sample collection procedures. The individual will perform many procedures requiring advanced skills and demonstrated individual productivity in the highest quartile of the department mean. Due to the potentially critical consequence of an error,

Phlebotomist Technicians must follow a strict patient identification policy, including verification of specimen labels applied to patient samples. The Phlebotomist Technician accurately and efficiently utilizes laboratory computers and follows safety policies and regulations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred/Optional: Successful completion of a post-secondary phlebotomy training program.  

EXPERIENCE 

Minimum Required:

• For On-The-Job trained staff, two years’ experience within Marshfield Clinic Health System

or its affiliates with performing venipunctures, skin punctures and specimen processing. Demonstrated proficiency with communication skills and clerical duties.

• For Post-Secondary Phlebotomy-trained and diploma-ed staff, one year experience with Marshfield Clinic Health System and one year phlebotomy experience (these can be collective or consecutive)

Preferred/Optional: None

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES 

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.  Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.

Minimum Required: Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) certification awarded by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) awarded by the National Health career Association (NHA). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.

Preferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.

AMs, PMs, and may include rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
