- Provide support to the Engineering teams to ensure team behaviour supports Health and Safety of themselves and others impacted by their actions.
- Ensure safety information is provided with work packages.
- Develop improved SAP reports to communicate a more cost-effective maintenance service
- delivery.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and improvements or raise necessary conversations to highlight opportunities for cost saving measure implementations.
- To support the delivery of and factory efficiency targets.
- Manage in conjunction with Managers the revenue investment to update/upgrade services/equipment associated with supply of services outside of the Process & Services and Filling maintenance departments.

• Participate in the annual DR drills for all datacenters.
• Power shell scripting experience would be appreciated.
• Effectively collaborate with server, cloud, database, middleware, network, data centre, service delivery and project teams.
• Occasional weekend work for planned change/unplanned incidents DR drills and project cut over activities,
• Provide on call support for Storage and Backup infrastructure.

Who we are looking for:

• An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud storage and backup technologies.
• Experience with Dell EMC, NetApp storage including Protect Point, Avamar, Veeam backup and Cisco MDS SAN switches.
• Proven incident-problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of operating systems: VMware, AIX, Linux, and Windows.
• Knowledge of Storage migration, replication tools for Storage.
• Knowledge of Databases and Middleware related Storage and backup integration, techniques, and technologies.
