• Regular data mining, transformation, visualization, analytics and reporting works
• Coordinate with various internal and external technology stakeholders across the different application domains, information security and infrastructure sectors to ensure smooth data-to-insights communication.
• Responsible for delivering, standardizing and automating data analytic reports, notifications and dashboards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics & Statistics or related discipline.
• At least 3 - 7 years’ prior data analytics/science experience, proficient in statistical tools such as Excel Macro and Data visualization tools such as Powerpoint and Sharepoint is a must.
• Proven ability to deliver data transformation, visualization and analytics in technology in the banking industry
• Proven ability in standardizing and automating data analytic reports, notifications and dashboards
• Additional experience in data transformation and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Kibana, Qlikview is a strong plus.
• Additional experience in application support environment and understanding of ITIL methodology is a plus

What You Will Do:

• Be responsible for the operations work related to Genshin Impact;
• Play an important role by providing product analysis to help in decision making as well as to ensure the long-term operations of the product with your data ability;
• Establish and improve data monitoring and analyzing systems;
• Conduct product analysis through utilization of data analysis and mathematical modeling, offering comprehensive support for product design, operational analysis, content effect evaluation, and player behavior analysis, thus ensuring the superior quality and effectiveness of game content.

What You Will Need:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform impact analysis on Project scope and document proposed solution and estimated required effort.
• Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document.
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Requirements:

• AML system enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry.
• Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work for the Netreveal AML application.
• Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of project delivery or defects fix it work.
• Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix skills.
• Good application design operational impact awareness.

Job Description

• Administration, maintenance, configuration, installation and support of databases;
• Maintaining the normal operation of the database;
• Platforms running including backup and restoration, troubleshooting and SQL performance tuning, monitoring usage and capacity planning;
• Participating in technical and administration tasks of database upgrade, database security tools implementations, vulnerability checks, server upgrade and migration;
• Develop and input into key database documentation, enable and standardize such as operation procedure, security guideline, deployment architecture, component version, and patch management decisions
• Provide technical advice to application team on the use of the database technologies;
• Assist and help as required with the resolution of complex database operational incidents and determine the root cause of the problem; and

Responsibilities

Treaty Technical Accounting (both Inwards and Outwards)

• Ensure that all Treaty Statement of Accounts from Brokers/Cedants are furnished and booked on a timely and accurate basis
• Prop Treaty: Checking/booking SOA, Estimates Premium, Profit Commission, Sliding Scale Commission and Cash Calls. Maintaining Outstanding Loss Reserves. Follow up on Cash Calls refunds.
• Non Prop Treaty: Checking/booking MDP, Estimates Premium, Premium Adjustment and Reinstatement Premium.

Credit Control

• Review our aging report and ensure that reconciliation and chasers are done
• Reconciling statements of account with cedants/brokers to reduce outstanding amount.
• Preparing settlements
• Allocate receipts/payments in system

• Attend to Internal/External Auditors queries.
• Liaise with Underwriters/Clients/Brokers on discrepancies in SOAs
• To coordinate with underwriters on policy terms.
• To coordinate with claims handlers on claim payables
• Other projects / duties assigned
