Skills Required:

• Proficient in using MS Office Applications
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills with other HR departments such as Payroll etc.
• Ability to support C-Level executives
• Collaborate on various projects, including employee engagement and performance management

• Registration of Office Guests with Front Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 

Nice to Have:

• Knowledgeable in Legal Software tools such as Clio

What will you do?

1. Onboarding and Orientation:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources.
• Conduct orientation sessions and assist in the completion of required paperwork.

2. Employee Records Management:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process documentation related to employee status changes, promotions, and terminations.

3. Benefits Administration:

• Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

4. HR Compliance:

• Stay informed about employment laws and regulations.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Prepare regular HR reports on metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and training.
• Assist in analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Purpose:

Administer the Resource Management System and assist the Resource Planning Supervisor in ensuring an efficient and effective resource service is provided to the Force

Knowledge & Experience:

You will be required to undertake and successfully complete a training course in resource management. Knowledge of resource allocation and work scheduling issues, including relevant Personnel Policies, Police Regulations, Police Support Staff Conditions of Service, Working Time Regulations and Health and Safety Legislation will be required.

Must be IT literate with an ability to use Force Systems including: Windows, MS Office applications and resource management systems to assist in maintaining computerised systems and to undertake other administration duties.

Communication and influencing skills are essential as you will be required to resolve both competing demands for limited resources and the needs of the individual against those of the organisation.

Be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure, prioritising workloads to effectively meet deadlines and maintain smooth running of unit. Post holder must work well as part of a team.
