Responsibilities:

• Finance support
• Perform accounting functions for accounts receivable, accounts payable & bank reconciliation
• Ad-hoc duties assign by Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
• Positive working attitude, proactive, accurate and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Singaporeans / PRs only
• Preferable able to start work immediately/within short notice period
• Salary will commensurate with experience and skillset.

Location: Bukit Merah

Monday to Friday Office Hours

Salary: Up to $3.5k

Job Description

1. Monthly workload and revenue reporting

2. Support adhoc workload reports requested

3. Prepare and analyse financial data of cost centers

4. Upload of actual, forecast and budget date to reporting system

5. Support Training & Education Department for Costing and Grant reimbursement

6. Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments

Requirements

- Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting

- Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience

- Knowledge of SAP and good command of MS Office Applications
