What the role is: The Administrative Assistant will be assisting the Media
Strategy & Communications team in executing all media related initiatives to
support the roles of the President.
What you will be working on:
• Online Presence
− Social Media – This includes coming up with creative way for better
outreach to the general public, especially the youth online.
− Multimedia – Conceptualising and developing videos to educate
audiences about the Presidency and the President’s Office.
− Website – Updating the President’s Office website with speeches and
photos.
• Events – Support the Media, Strategy and Communications team at
events, including community engagement events.
• Programmes and Partnership – Develop new ideas and tools for
programmes and engagement for stakeholders.
• Administrative Support – Assist with administrative responsibilities that
are key to the running of the Media, Strategy and Communications team.
These include collating and managing media RSVPs, media monitoring
etc.
What we are looking for:

• An ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Singapore Citizenship.
• Relevant experience in content creation with knowledge about latest
trends on social media etc.
• Ability to film, record and produce short videos for social media
platforms.
[Personal Traits]
• Strong verbal and written communications skills. Fluency in Mother
Tongue (i.e., Chinese, Malay and Tamil) would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Good analytical skills.
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 6pm
Sat/Sun: Off
