Job Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Lead the technical execution of performance testing initiatives, leveraging on tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner etc.
- Responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive performance test scripts, conducting load and stress testing, and analyzing results to pinpoint performance bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Test Planning and Design:
- Develop comprehensive performance testing strategies and plans.
- Design performance test scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Determine performance testing criteria and benchmarks.
2. Test Execution and Management:
- Lead the execution of performance tests.
- Monitor system performance under load to identify bottlenecks.
- Manage resources and schedules for performance testing activities.
3. Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze test results to identify performance issues.
- Provide detailed reports on test outcomes, including recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams to address performance issues.
