Job Scope:

1. Assist in school-initiated projects and provide project updates to the HOD / ICT and prepare any relevant documentation and guidelines pertaining to the project.

2. Assist school in the implementation of ICT programmes and ensure MOE policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to.

3. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in ICT Inventory and asset management.

4. Supervise and coordinate tasks with other ICT Support Personnel in the school (Desktop Engineers (DEs) and vendors).

5. Assist in planning for a structured ICT training programmes for all staff and students.

6. Assist in setting up monitoring processes for all ICT related programmes or activities

Administrative

1. Assist in design and maintenance of the school website.

2. Design posters and collaterals for school events.

3. Photography and Videography needs for the school, including pre and post productions.

4. Compile students’ ICT works and projects for showcase and archival.

5. Conduct timely online survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the ICT courses and resources.

6. Assist the e-Supervisor (e-Sup) in physical setup of e-Oral and e Listening Comprehension examinations.

Support in Teaching and Learning

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and teachers in the integration of ICT tools in teaching and learning.

2. Assist HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in driving an e-learning ICT culture to expand teaching and learning.

3. Assist in implementation of e-learning activities.

Management of Resources

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and work closely with ICT Manager with managing the school’s resources such as the replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and the managing of loaning of ICT equipment.

2. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager with managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources.

Training

1. Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students.

2. Plan and conduct training for students to be familiar with ICT tools and e-learning platforms.

3. Assist ICT manager during training for teachers on the use of ICT and AV equipment.

4. Review all training programmes for both students and teachers and make the necessary improvisations.

5. Plan, assist and conduct CCA training when needed by the Authority.

6. Train and prepare students for ICT related competitions (eg: National Robotic Competition)

REQUIREMENT:

a. Minimum diploma, preferably in multimedia, design, computer studies or information technology related.

b. Must have at least 12 months of relevant work experience, preferably in a school environment.

c. Proficient in Office Suite (Microsoft 365 Suite & Google Office Suite including Google Classroom and GSUITE admin)

d. Adobe Media editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.

e. Apple Media editing softwares such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Garageband, Logic Pro and Motion

f. Design Media Softwares such as InDesign, Photoshop, Ilustrator, Canva, etc. Candidates must provide samples demo of media work done previously.

The role includes but not limited to the following:

• Plan and Execution of Events from sourcing of sponsorship, venue till actual day flow to post event report. Including budgeting, design of eDM, social media sharing, email broadcasting, managing of student volunteers, cold calls, refreshments, etc.
• Own and drive the programme tasks and timeline with Executive Committee leads as well as both internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and Execution of Booths / Roadshows / Tabletops to promote AiSP activities and courses
• Assist in office and other administrative matters including day to day office operations.
• Plan and execute multiple events in a month involving a GOH.
• Comfortable to travel overseas for events if required.
• Taking notes of meetings (NOMs).
• Able to work beyond office hours and on weekends, if necessary.
• Coordinate on Training Matters, such as enrolling, onboarding, payments and issue of certifications

Hiring: Information Communication Technology (ICT) Teacher (Primary - Secondary levels)

Location: Kovan Campus

Full & Part Time available

Salary range:

(Full Time) $2400 to $3000 per month (commensurate with experience)

(Part Time) $30-45 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Working hours:

(Full Time) Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

(Part Time) Estimated 5-10 hours per week between Mon-Fri office hours

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work
• Provide necessary supervision to the students and report students’ discipline issues to the Student Affairs staff
• Schedule and prepare examination papers and assignments
• Monitor the performance and progress of each student, including academic counselling
• Give feedback to Management about the continual improvement of the class performance
• Mark and grade all course work, assignments and examination papers
• Give feedback to Management on the course proceedings at the end of semester/course/modules
• Participate in programme review meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelors Degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a ICT Support Technician Apprentice to join our team. Within the role you will work on routine maintenance, fault finding and hardware support, eventually working towards skilled tasks such as carrying out network infrastructure changes and helping develop bespoke software.

Your Key Responsibilities include:
• To provide 1st & 2nd line support to Staff and students
• To maintain all technical hardware and devices on site
• To inspect, setup and install new IT equipment
• To manage our IT Stock Control including ordering consumables IT Systems and Support
• Answering and logging service desk calls in an efficient and courteous manner
• Escalating tickets internally to other team members where necessary
• Assisting users with all software packages such as MS Office suite (Including MS Access)
• Produce knowledgebase articles on current technical issues
• Installing new hardware and software
• Ensure Windows Updates and Anti-Virus software are kept up to date
• Order IT consumables and maintain stock levels of items
• Liaise with the IT System Technicians to assist with project work
