• Research and introduce 1-2 new features annually to service platform, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide Level 3 support for SaaS and cloud VMs, including after-hours and weekend response.
• Manage vendors, stakeholders, and staff development to ensure effective service delivery and a positive work environment.
• To manage vendors to provide the roll-out, development services, and maintenance services

The Successful Applicant

As a suitable candidate, you shall possess min. Degree in computer science or relevant field. You shall also possess at least 7 years of working experience in Windows Server Operating System, PowerShell scripting & Microsoft Office 365 (including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Azure Active Directory)
