What will I be doing?

What will I be doing?

· Assist the Front of House Manager to oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards

· To evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement

· Ensure regular and VIP Guests are recognised and that the Front Office department operates with a sales attitude and promotes the hotel brand's loyalty scheme

· Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities

· Assist the Front of House Manager with setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures

· Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork

· Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, and are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and practices

· Monitor staffing levels to meet cover business demands

· Conduct monthly communication meetings, in the absence of the Front Office Manager, and produce minutes

· Assist the Front of House Manager with recruiting, managing, training and developing the Front Office team

What are we looking for?

· Previous managerial experience in Front Office within the hotel industry

· Previous experience as an assistant Front of House Manager of Front Office Manager

· High level of IT proficiency

· High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities

As a Food & Beverage Administrator, you are responsible to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Executive Lounge Host/ess comforts executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and advising them of the amenities and benefits offered by the hotel. Food & Beverage duties would be required to ensure a smooth & efficient service.

What will I be doing?

As an Executive Lounge Host/ess, you will comfort executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering advice and information as requested. An Executive Lounge Host contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcome executive Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints

A Front Office Manager supervises the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.

What will I be doing?

• Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
• Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement

As the OXBO General Manager, you are fully responsible for the dining and drinking experience and ensuring it is in accordance with licensing regulations associated with alcoholic beverages.

What will I be doing?

As the OXBO Manager, you are fully responsible for the dining and drinking experience for our guests and ensuring it is in accordance with licensing regulations associated with alcoholic beverages. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Maintain an effective restaurant service with an emphasis on high quality, efficient service.
• Check that Guest service standards are set, implemented and monitored, and continuously evaluated
• Set-up of the outlet in accordance with the pre-determined standards of the operation
• Comply with licensing regulations and hotel procedures relating to the bar and service of alcoholic beverages and
