1.    Demand Planning

SAP Sr. FICA Consultant:-· 10+ years of hands on SAP IS-Utilities FI-CA core configuration and project delivery experience with at least 2-3 SAP IS-U project full implementation.· Should be able to support RFP’s and work as a SME· Experienced in requirements gathering, designing process configuration, gap analysis, design· implementation, testing and deployment, production support, user manual documentation and end user training in IS-U FICA.· Good understanding of SAP IS-U Data Model (Business & Technical master data and across meter to cash). Experience in payment processes and collections (dunning by dunning procedures)· Must have knowledge and experience in the following FICA components:· Dunning procedures, dunning levels & activities and dunning locks. Roles and Responsibilities:

1.) Billing invoice and data to customer daily.

• Review and approve Workon inform to GS VN to do the next process.

4.) Reporting support by monthly basis.

• Prepare and reconcile sales report (YTD) every date of 7 in the following month.
• Prepare and reconcile account 1236320066 (Other sundry provisions < 1 Year) every date of 10 in the following month.
• Prepare AR forecast receive from customer support to finance every date of 3 in the following month.
• Update data for invoice warranty claim of customer in share drive every date of 5 in the following month.

1. You will be responsible for service and after-sales support of the electric drives and controls portfolio, including repairs, field service, spare parts and service contracts of electric drives, motors, and controls by providing best-in-class service to our customers based in Thailand.
2. Work with customer’s engineering and maintenance teams to develop turn-key system solution for various applications that include servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, linear motion systems and other Bosch Rexroth automation solutions, proactively offer and promote retrofit kits/modernization solutions.
3.
