PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The hourly range for this position is $24.20 - $30.26/hour.

The Investigative Administrative Specialist of Sex Crimes and Sex Registration Unit performs a variety of clerical duties. This position supports the SCU Sergeant and their staff.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shares information and tasks with rotating personnel in the specific unit
• Schedule and coordination of internal and external needs per specific Unit requirements or group meetings
• Assist specific unit members in case updates and closures
• Monitor inventory and supplies and update Command Specialist
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Transcribes from dictation and transcription of entities in Versadex for Detectives
• Prepares information for internal purposes that may be used for outside presentation at meetings or trials
• Obtain Dispatch 911/Radio Audio and body cam items for Detectives
• Obtain NCIC/CCIC information
• Process and final closure of detective unit cases
• Notary for the unit cases filings
• Maintain on-call schedules for their units
• Support detectives with equipment and program needs
• Receives and responds to requests for information
• Performs other related duties as assigned

3. Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of the activities of the health care team. Provides care based on physician orders and the nursing plan of care, in compliance with policies and procedures, standards of care, and regulatory agency requirements. Delegates appropriately, and provides nursing supervision in the provision of care to patients by other licensed nurses and other personnel. Promotes continuity of care by accurately and completely communicating to other caregivers the status of patients for whom care is provided.

4. Evaluates the patient's and family's response to care and teaching, and revises the plan of care as needed. Evaluates patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other health care team members. Evaluates patient's response and the effectiveness of patient teaching.

5. Documents assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record. Documentation is legible, timely and in accordance with policy. 3. Documents according to standards set by the department and regulatory agencies. Documents legibly. Completes documentation within the established time frames of the department. Documents innovative and individualized treatment techniques/plan. Documentation reflects comprehensive assessment of patient's progress or lack of progress. Treatment goals are reassessed according to department policies

4. Communicates pertinent patient information to ensure the best possible follow through of care. Communicates evaluation/treatment results and patient progress to physicians, nurses, patient, family/caregiver, co-workers and the interdisciplinary team. Communicates in a clear and timely manner. Accepts responsibility to contact physicians for routine or difficult problem solving to ensure optimal patient outcome. Defends treatment rationale with standard practices and/or current literature

5. Exhibits adaptability in assignments as it relates to caseload, scheduling, and staffing shifts. Takes initiative to assist in other patient care areas and accepts responsibility for all patient care needs.

6. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The Ops Support Assistant 4 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Assistant 4 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist unit manager by providing guidance to all levels of staff regarding processes and operating procedures
• Coordinate team efforts to ensure the efficiency of quality, timeliness, and general operation to maintain workflow of the department
• Evaluate equipment and staff resource allocation and help identify potential issues that may impact department workflow
• Interact with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues and concerns
• Monitor “In process,” work to meet business and quality standards
• Assist in making decisions within established procedures that balance the needs of the employee, company, and customer
• Support and expansive array of products and services and serve as the team subject matter expert
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, Human Resource Systems and Learning and Development knowledge preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
