Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Key Role:
Perform a wide variety of financial and administrative activities for large and complex international programs. Anticipate and respond to the customer’s needs and serve as a primary point of contact for daily business operations. Compile detailed financial reports, including trend analysis and status of key performance metrics. Manage and reconcile cost activity across various cost components, such as labor and travel. Analyze and manage financials for multiple funding sources through the entire financial life cycle. Collaborate with business partners in ROM development and assumptions, conduct management and portfolio level oversight, supporting financial closeout requirements. Aggregate complex financial information from multiple sources for a large organization with international components. Review staff deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Oversee and compile staff deliverables, identify portfolio level trends and report findings. Ensure timely completion of portfolio level deliverables that comply with contract, FAR, JTR, leadership, firm, and government client requirements. Coordinate and collaborate with the contract finance lead on contract level financial reporting. Manage multiple deliverable requirements concurrently. Participate in leadership discussions, raise risks to the appropriate stakeholder in a timely manner, conduct financial and business analysis to provide mitigation strategies for senior management business decisions and support implementation. Participate in team discussions for streamlining processes and procedures, identifying and closing gaps, and overall risk management and mitigation. Develop and deploy training for internal team and clients that increases consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
