This job role covers:

1. Perform business development and acquire new clients' accounts
2. Develop strong clients’ accounts and service existing business to achieve KPI
   Assist clients in recruitment needs and provide professional advice to achieve effective hiring
   Solutions selling of recruitment services which include executive searches, permanent and contract recruitment solutions and consultancy services.
3. Perform full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate assessment to arranging for interviews and presenting the offer
   Recommend suitable candidates to respective clients.

4. Fully accountable for own clients’ accounts
