As a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in our Walk-In Care clinics, you’ll work collaboratively with a team of Walk-In Care providers, to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with your fellow Walk-in care providers at other locations, 1-2 collaborative physicians, and support staff during your shift.
You would practice at our Laurel location but could also cover at our other Walk-In Care locations.
The Walk-In Clinic is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
You will work in a busy practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff.
You'll be apart of an newer practice that is continuing to grow.
You'll have excellent mentorship from your supervising/collaborative physician.

Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
At least 3 years of walk-in care / urgent care experience preferred.
Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).

The Medical Assistant Certified is a multi-skilled clinical professional that provides indirect and/or direct patient care within the scope of practice and in alignment with the standards of excellence and quality. Under the direction of the provider, the Medical Assistant contributes to the completion of the patient’s chief complaint (including, but not limited, to respirations, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, height, weight, and temperature), documents patient/family needs, participates in planning and implementing care for patients, and administers ordered medications (oral, injection, topically, etc.) within the Medical Assisting scope and state guidelines.
