Dans le cadre de vos missions, au sein du service SAM, vous serez en charge de la mise en place, l'amélioration continue autour de ces données en ayant une vision bout en bout du cycle de vie des logiciels et licences ( logiciels au poste de travail, logiciels d'infrastructure et middleware, applications métier / de gestion )

Ces données proviennent de sources diverses correspondant aux différentes étapes du cycle de vie des logiciels et licences. :

- référentiel de composants logiciels, référentiel des licences vendues par les éditeurs

- données de déploiements issues d'inventaires outillés ou de déclaratifs,

- données sur les contrats logiciels, données sur le patrimoine acquis et actif ( métriques, quantités, échéances clés, support, périmètre d’usage , …. )

- données sur les requêtes / besoins en logiciels exprimés par les utilisateurs finaux et les services ISIT

Job Summary

This position is responsible for provider relations, oversight and advocacy. Educating providers, ongoing provider service; claim review and assistance, and for providing training to new and existing network staff.

**Note: This role is hybrid/flex role, requiring a minimum of 3 days in office & 2 days remote**

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Business OR 6 years experience.
• 4 years experience in Medical claims, customer service, physician office or hospital or healthcare environment
• 3 years experience in a position which requires in-depth physician/provider relations, including but not limited to, contracting and reimbursement issues.
• Ability to negotiate and contract with healthcare providers.
• Platform skills; organizational and planning skills; and ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Ability to multi-task; meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas of responsibility, including overnight stays.
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior territory management experience.
• Knowledge of Texas Medicaid Claims
• Knowledge of BCBSTX claims processing systems
• Billing and Coding Background
• TMHP Knowledge

The Technology Office drives the development and deployment of technology to boost Singapore’s competitiveness as an air hub.

[What you will be working on]

 Develop aviation technology road map and sustainable engineering capability plan in consultation with various stakeholders in the aviation/airport operations ecosystem.
 Develop business plan and an integrated technology and engineering development roadmap.
 Lead system architecting and system development efforts.
 Conduct system trade-off analysis
 Assess technical performance metrics, identify, and manage risks factors.
 Evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions.
 Supervise new product development.
 Collaborate with the industry and key stakeholders to define and execute goals, strategy, and vision.
 Design strategies for future development projects based on aviation sector’s overall objectives and resources.
 Work with Research performers to evaluate suitability of projects for eventual deployment.
 Review the delivery of research outputs to ensure adequacy for translation into industrial applications.
 Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and processes.
 Develop Strategy to build sector’s engineering capability.
 Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify, build and retain sector’s key engineering capability.
 Enhance the recruitment, training, and retention of key engineering capabilities.
 Develop and implement strategies to ensure the sustenance of core engineering competencies.
 Develop strategies and framework to ensure projects under evaluation can comply with industry security, safety, and compliance standards.
 Lead on multiple cross-functional quality initiatives for improve QA process improvements.

[What we are looking for]

 Trained in Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive win-win outcomes with stakeholders.
 Experience in technology and solution development for real-world applications, i.e. from concept to productization, the candidate must have solid system engineering approach and thinking process.

Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.

About the Role
