As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to manage the growing team at our Waverley Station location. Reporting to our Senior Team Leader, the Warehouse Team leader will lead the shift/team in order to deliver business objectives and targets to optimize company resources, within own area of responsibility. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring working practices comply with GG Food Safety principles.
• Adopt safe working practices by adhering to Health & Safety guidelines and GG policies and procedures in all areas.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently to meet production goals.
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to the Senior Customer Service Team Leader.
• Ensuring that all relevant 'items of note' are recorded in the shift handover book.
• Maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy concerning stocking and de-stocking of trains, ensuring that quality targets are consistently achieved.
• Conducting full stock audits on a continuous basis, ensuring good stock rotation practices are in place, ensuring that stock control processes (e.g., FIFO and LIFO) are adhered to.
• Implementing and maintaining daily temperature checks and food standards in line with Food Standards. authorities.
• Ensuring that working processes are complied with, in line with the contract specification and requirements.
• Coaching team members and training new staff.
• Ensure that own and employee's behaviour and conduct meet the requirements of the business.
• Overall cleanliness and waste management of the Service Centre.

Education:
Three passes at GCSE O Level (grade C or above)

Work Experience:
Industry experience preferred but not essential (warehouse pick and pack, catering and logistics)

Your new role
You will be working within the Special Projects advisory team - supporting on a variety of large-scale procurement transformation projects, this role is supporting a key client on a large scale construction project. You will be coming in to support a high-profile client on a large-scale construction and infrastructure project over the next year. You will frequently engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, with frequent visit to client site, which is eligible to be expensed. You will be able to work in a hybrid pattern with Mondays and Fridays from home. You will be responsible for new construction agreements, drafting procurement strategies and plans and supplier risk identification and monitoring, among other responsibilities.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive experience working with large scale construction/infrastructure procurement projects. If you have previously worked within a consultancy environment, this would be highly advantageous. Experience working within the aviation sector would be incredibly beneficial, however is not a prerequisite. You will have to be a self-starter with the ability to effectively work in large teams and engage stakeholders across all levels. Ability to travel to client site in Crawley is necessary, you will be on site Tuesday to Thursday for the duration of the initial contract. After this 12 month period, you will be able to choose a new client to work with in London and surrounding areas.

You will be entitled to a competitive base salary, from £50,000 to £70,000, depending on level of experience along with a bonus structure dependant on business and personal performance. What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong negotiation skills, vast experience in Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have Project Procurement experience along with Data Centre knowledge. Any additional languages is a plus.

Your Responsibilities
