Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) provides an integrated suite of innovative and tailored cash management and trade finance services to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations.
The Americas Payments Pricing Manager will be responsible for supporting the pricing strategy of Cash Management products for NAM and LATAM and driving its execution. The candidate will work with partners across Sales, Coverage, Product, Billing, etc. to define the pricing parameters and processes for products across TTS in order to support client deal pricing on an ongoing basis as well as evolve the economic model for the TTS business.
The individual will also have responsibility to periodically review the client base for suitability of current pricing levels, with modifications where appropriate, in addition to helping out with side projects such as Internal Audit, Re-pricing initiatives, revenue leakage opportunities, among others.
Key/Selected Responsibilities
Responsible for the pricing of both Cash and Commercial Cards deals in the NAM/LATAM regions
Strong working partnership with the Sales and Product teams in order to identify suitable pricing for each client, in addition to partnering with the Data & Analytics team, ensuring a good understanding of the existing product / account / charge codes to form the basis of client pricing
Build a strong working relationship with the Commercial Cards organization, specifically the Network Management team, by hosting bi-weekly meetings and ensuring that Cards pricing is profitable
Create individual pricing proposals for Commercial Cards clients that strike a balance between competitive yet lucrative for Citi, focusing on reduced usage of the Citi balance sheet
Establishing a governance process for new price points to be introduced in NAM/LATAM, as well as establishing a governance around Commercial Cards and Cash products pricing
Execution of fee re-pricing across different client sectors by working across various teams to communicate these changes; ensure repricing is applied properly to clients’ existing pricing
Create specific pricing packages to be offered across the country by working closely with product partners and Data Teams, and the Sales organization
Monitor the inflow of Commercial Cards deals and assign these deals to respective members of the Pricing Team
Make recommendations to Senior Management with fully fleshed out strategy and business cases for Pricing proposals
Review client profit ratio and make decisions related to pricing
Lead trainings for other team members, especially analysts and more junior colleagues, by walking them through deals and creating training guides and materials for future team members to follow
Assist in ad-hoc projects that come across the Pricing desk, such as Internal Audit, Sign-On Bonus approvals, go-forward Product pricing conversations, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus
6+ years of related experience, in Banking and Cash Management products preferred.
A highly motivated and experienced professional prepared to lead and manage a complex yet important pricing execution and strategy of Cash and Commercial Cards in the NAM/LATAM regions
Knowledge of Payments & Receivables products and the nature of how clients use these services, how they are priced, etc.
Experience in collaborating across teams in order to receive relevant information from each respective team required in order to price properly.
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced proficient preferred, PowerPoint proficient)

The SVP Head of Affiliate and Partnerships will lead a team of seasoned affiliate marketing professionals across all Consumer Lines of Business (e.g. Cards, Deposits, Mortgage) managing business strategy and execution, with an emphasis on managing the channel’s media, optimization, budgeting, testing and reporting processes, and driving profitability. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and supporting new marketing channel opportunities, process improvements, channel expansion, and QA. This role will work closely with the rest of the Digital Channels team, the broader Citi digital acquisitions team, data science, risk, fraud, legal, and compliance teams, as well as Citi’s affiliate agency and partners. Strong cross-functional capability a must.
This person will be responsible for oversight and management of the internal affiliate team and agency relationship, as well as integration with cross-channel initiatives and measurement. The marketer will be critical in the development and testing of marketing creative & placements, campaign & budget planning, spearheading control and quality assurance, and tracking performance. Maintaining strong relationships across multiple teams and partnerships and overseeing day-to-day management with a hyper-focus on details will be critical to success.
Beyond overseeing our marketing efforts, the SVP will also play a role in evolving new channel capabilities and/or business lines. Qualifications:
