Job Description

To support the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance by embedding and maturing the Information Security and Information Technology capabilities, and posture. The candidate is primarily responsible for defining, creating and monitoring of policies, frameworks, controls and related standards in alignment with legislation, regulatory compliance and to support strategy delivery. The Information Security Officer (ISO) will support enablement and embedding of the Information Security Assessment Centre. They will provide information security risk management and cybersecurity expertise to the business segments. The ISO is expected to work independently to advise and influence technology, and business personnel regarding the safeguarding of information, applications, systems, infrastructure to manage information risks.

Governance

• Develop and maintain Information Security and IT Risk Policies, supporting controls catalogue and related standards across the group to manage / mitigate associated risks.
• Design required legislative control frameworks applicable to Old Mutual.
• Manage the capability maturity assessments of various IS and IT capabilities per the frameworks adopted (NIST CSF, COBIT, ITIL) bi-annually drive ownership of the improvement plan to achieve agreed targets and to manage associated risks.

Compliance

Leadership

Requirements:

• 2 – 4 years managerial / leadership experience.

Job Description

The Information Security Analyst (ISA) will provide information security risk support and cybersecurity expertise to the business segments. The support will take the form of operational risk analysis and assessments through the demand management and request tracking tools, consultancy, policy and standards best practice guidance, and process improvements. The ISA will be required to work with project teams, service providers, and business units internal and external to the IT function. About The Role

This role in the Asset Owner’s team will contribute directly to the future of Prelude-Crux Asset by Supporting organisational, procedural and process readiness to operate the Crux facility throughout its lifecycle (manned and unmanned modes).

The key responsibilities are:

• Supporting to ensure that Prelude is ready to operate Crux at the earliest practical time.

• Enabling and facilitating delivery of the Operations Readiness Team during Detailed Design activities, with a focus on integration with Prelude.

• Ownership of the long-term objective of the Crux project, with a proactive and can-do aptitude, including early input beginning in Detailed Design

• Ensuring end-to-end integration and alignment with Prelude processes, equipment, and procedures to facilitate the successful end-to-end processing of Crux products.

During the Detailed Design Phase:

1. Contribute to updates to Prelude Competency Development and Assurance AMS documentation and procedures due to Crux changes.

2. Bring a high level of ESP skill, knowledge and consistency as a dedicated resource, and hence facilitating and enabling the Project ORA Teams delivery, as the future asset owner.

3. Provide dedicated and consistent Prelude Support to the Operator Training Simulator (OTS), to ensure delivery of stress tested training scenarios and start-up scenarios for planning.

4. Provide dedicated and consistent Prelude Support for development of Crux DCS HMI’s and graphics, and any updates required for Prelude graphics.

5. Ensuring Prelude’s readiness to receive Crux at the earliest practical point in time, and supporting the development of elements of the Crux Readiness / P2A Process.

During the Commissioning and Start Up Phase

6. Ensuring Operations and maintenance team organisational competency and capability in respect to Control Room Operator requirements, including OTS and development of additional Prelude operator requirements.

7. Contribute to walk downs, loop testing, function testing, Right First Time program, ensuring delivery of project outcomes.

8. Responsible for Start-up of Crux from the Crux platform.

During the Operate Phase

9. Transitions from the Crux platform, to be located onboard Prelude on the dedicated Crux Operator Work Station.

10. Ensure operation within the design envelop, utilising FSR and operational risk assessments where required.

11. Adhere to and promote safety and environmental procedures to ensure safety of personnel, plant and environment.

12. Enabling the early identification, diagnosis and rectification of process issues as they arise.

Role Overview

The Mass Foundation Cluster (MFC) has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to oversee the capital and reporting requirements of the Retail Mass Protection and Investment products.

THE ROLE

Insomniac is looking for a Ground Control and Headliner Experience Team Member to provide an exceptional experience to headliners. This position will report to Ground Control and Headliner Experience Managers.

              

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome attendees at entrances and make everyone aware of Ground Control’s presence and purpose
• Abide by assigned shift schedule, pump water at the free water refill stations and patrol the event zones at correct times with assigned group mates
• Learn how to operate a two-way radio and perform emergency medical calls
• Listen attentively to the radio and respond immediately to specific calls and requests
• Assist distressed individuals when they are in need of a helping hand
• Memorize information provided by the event website, festival guide and staff guide to share with attendees
• Understand evacuation procedures and locate safe refuge locations prior to the opening of each show
• Provide support at entrance areas using megaphones to assist Headliners with directional support

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service-related work experience is preferred
• Experience using radios and ability to work under pressure in stressful environments is required
• Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
• Must be able to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner and de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for up to four hours at a time and walk long distances
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
• Must be able to walk up/down stairs

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

Job Description

The Senior Solution Architect (Data and Analytics) primarily works with the data and analytics business domain experts and business leadership to craft a solution that is fit for purpose from a business perspective.

Consequently they focus their attention on a smaller facet of service (the solution package) to make sure that it operates effectively as part of the whole as well as independently as a stand-alone solution.

• Focusses on the technical and business feasibility of a solution and ensure that it fits within well-established patterns and guidelines laid down by the enterprise architects and solution practice architects

Based in Singapore, the QA Engineer (Intern) is responsible in ensuring the web & mobile applications are robust, conform to the specs, void of bugs, usable to the end users.

What will you do

• Work closely with the software engineering team to ensure high quality across web and mobile applications.
• Develop, document, maintain and execute test cases based on given requirements.
• Be an active part of a world-class engineering team, participating in design sessions, planning and technical discussions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection of incoming products, materials or customer items according to job project requirement
• Perform initial inspection and raise report
• Perform in-process inspection according to procedures and customer’s specifications. Raise report whenever necessary. Measure and record the dimension of components/parts using measuring instruments and analyse the findings for discrepancy
• Perform final inspection of items including dimensional and NDT to ensure that all quality requirements has been achieved. Analyse result and decide the acceptance level of the final product
• Raise non-conformance report and submit to Immediate Supervisor
• Interact with customers and attend to their needs
• Prepare test procedure whenever needed
• Prepare Data Book upon completion of jobs
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor
• Responsible for all inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Must hold CSWIP/AWS Welding Inspector Certificate
• At least 3 years of experience in the Project and Production environment (Marine Sector)
• Thorough knowledge in QA/QA role and familiar with inspection of Marine Hull Structure / Piping / Mechanical / Electrical
• Able to work independently and contribute to the team excellence
• Able to read and understand drawing
• Good technical competence & strong communication skills
