Job Responsibilities 职责和职能:
- Assist in handling daily administrative tasks, including document management, data organization, and meeting arrangements.
- Manage reception duties, answer phone calls and handle general office matters.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, trainings, and events, including conference room bookings, travel arrangements, and material preparation.
- Support in handling administrative tasks such as leave requests, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements for employees.
- Assist in maintaining office facilities and inventory of office supplies, coordinating related procurement activities.
- Assist the team in completing other administrative management-related tasks..
- Assist and complete any other duties assigned by superiors.
- 协助处理公司的日常行政事务，包括文件管理、资料整理、会议安排等。
- 管理来访者的接待工作，回答电话，并处理日常的办公室事务。
- 协助安排和组织会议、培训和活动，包括会议室预订、行程安排和材料准备。

- 协助团队完成其他与行政管理相关的任务。

Job Requirements 职位要求:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating effectively with employees at different levels and external partners.
- Proficiency in using office software and automation tools such as Microsoft Office.
- Team player with a proactive work attitude.
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, capable of handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Candidates must be able to written and verbal communication in Mandarin due to nature of business.
- 必须至少拥有SPM或以上。
